Although I do not have a specific favorite genre what I currently like to read the most are fantasy novels, crime and mystery, romance and young adults. I also really enjoy reading classics and modern/contemporary poetry.
I would love to meet more people here on Goodreads and be able to share readings, reviews and opinions so if you want you can add me so we can be Goodreads' friends ✨

That's all, I hope everyone's having a good day.

I'm currently reading Magnus Chase book 2.

I'm looking forward to reading with everyone!

I am currently reading shadow and bone and having a blast!
Pleasure to be here :D

My favorite genres are space opera, hardcore sci fi and fantasy which are the main genres I am writing in.
I do enjoy some contemporary romance and paranormal romance, but have found it to be rather overtaken recently by erotic content with very little actual story.
I don't watch a lot of TV, as I find it hard to immerse myself in visual content. My mind is very active, and reading lets me keep it a lot more occupied.
I am now at age twenty six, trying to achieve the one thing I've always dreamed of, but lacked the confidence to do until recently.

Young Adult books are my favorite, many have coming of age stories which I have always loved to read.

I love to read in French, English and German so that's quite interesting to see the differences between translations.
Hello, I'm Ethereal Eagle (not my real name obviously) and I mostly read books in the Young Adult genre since I am a young adult myself, and mostly fantasy and historical fiction. My favourite book of all time is The Book Thief, it is such a heartbreaking read and I have reread it countless times. I look forward to getting to know you all, and I hope to push out of my comfort zone and look for new books and authors from different genres.

my favourite books, at the moment, are Clockwork Angel and Six of Crows. i'm currently reading Crooked Kingdom. as for my favourite author, it would have to be Leigh Bardugo, currently. other than that, my favourite genres are YA, fantasy & historical romances and i've recently discovered that i love finishing books and then watching the movies based on them.

My name is Fionx (pronounced like "Phoenix"), you can also call me Fi. I'm 22, I originally joined this site when I was 14 and then forgot it existed since then (whoops!). I used to just inhale YA, especially dystopian books, but stopped when it just seemed like every new series was another version of what was getting adapted into a movie/tv at the time. I still kept up with certain authors (Rick Riordan, Cassandra Clare, Scott Westerfield), but otherwise have a lot of catching up to do (basically anything that came out in the past 5 years is unknown to me).
Thanks to the greatness that is the Shadow and Bone tv show, I am once again obsessed with books. In the past couple of months I've read the all of the Grisha books (Six of Crows is a new favorite), Folk of the Air series, These Violent Delights, and The Inheritance Games. Trying to read 100 new books this year!
I'm also interested in making my own Youtube book channel, revisiting some old series and discovering new ones so I'd love any recommendations! The more anti-heroes and/or morally gray protagonists, the better.
Can't wait to get to know y'all!
