Hey everyone, I’m Jasmine and I am a serious book worm. I love to read all kinds of books, as long as it has a good plot, character development, etc. Lately, I have been hooked on a few series including Harry Potter (by J.K. Rowling), Maximum Ride (by James Patterson), Vampirates (by Justin Somper), and Firelight (by Sophie Jordan). Other authors that I like are Alex Flinn, Melissa Kantor, Rachel Hawthorne, Lori Foster, and Kate Brian, to name a few. But if anyone has any suggestions, I am almost always looking for a new book to read!

Hey everybody! I'm Noelle and I love reading, and YA books are some of my favourite to read because of the entertainment factor! I'm currently reading The Secret Life of Prince Charming by Deb Caletti. Some of my favourites include most of Sarah Dessen's books, The Book Thief by Markus Zusak, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, and the Infernal Devices series. Outside of YA I also enjoy classics such as Lord of the Flies, Animal Farm, and Gulliver's Travels! I'm always on the look out for recommendations, and a book that will top The Book Thief for me! :)

Hi, my name is Cassandra Giovanni and I am an avid reader and writer of YA novels. My favorite author of all time is Jane Austen, and I love Emma. I just finished reading the Gwen Hayes novel Falling Under and I really enjoyed it. My tastes in YA sub-genres vary as much as my own writing of it from paranormal, romance, historical and thriller. My debut novel is a dystopian novel, In Between Seasons.I've read through a few posts on here and everyone seems to love Cassandra Clare! I will have to pick up one of her novels!

:waves: I'm Nicole--I read quite a bit of YA. My current favorites are Little Brother/Cory Doctorow, The Fault in Our Stars/John Green, and Going Underground/Susan Vaught.

I'm also a writer of YA and adult novels. My first novel is coming out next year (a psychological thrilled titled The Trajectory of Dreams) with Bitingduck Press, and my first YA manuscript is going out on submission.

Thanks, Cassandra! I'm notoriously bad at titling--one of my critique partners named it. Heh! We're currently haggling over a title for the YA novel.

Yes, the title is always a struggle, but I find once you know, you know. I can't even remember what In Between Seasons was called before it became that, but I was driving along and thought--that's it! I have to give my husband credit for it though, as it was the name of his band when we met. (I was the photographer for marketing shots for the band). As he has the sole rights to the name, it worked out quite fine! I even got to use the music of In Between Seasons for my book trailer of In Between Seasons. There's a manuscript in my "Books" folder that is still named "New" and that's it!
Is Fari the title you were thinking of? I'm not quite sure what it means!

Hi everyone, I'm Renay :) I really enjoy reading when I get the chance to, theres nothing like getting lost in the pages of a good book! My favourite author is David Clement Davies, his books FireBringer, the Sight and Fell are my favourite books of all time, I highly recommend them to anyone who likes animals and fantasy. Aside from that, I do enjoy Suzanne Collins, JK Rowling, Maggie Stiefvater, Veronica Roth, Amanda Hocking, etc. etc. etc!
