Hi everyone! My name is Antonio and I'm 15.I'm from Croatia. So I don't speak perfectly english..sorry about that.
I am in 1st grade of middle school. I love reading books - anywhere, anytime on all possible ways...I'm new to Goodreads and this group (it is kinda obviously) and I'm here because I want to hang with people and talk about books...
My favourite genres are YA, fantasy, mystery, thriller, SF and all that mixed together books
My favourite book series are Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
But I also like Hunger games, Maze runner, Throne of Glass, Lord of the Rings, 39 Clues, The Breach and etc.
My favourite stand-alone book would be probably The Fault in Our Stars.

Hi!I'm a 23 year old danish girl trying to decide her path of studying.
I'm between studying to become either:
1. A highschool teacher in English (and either greek mythology, psychology, art or history)
2. Pedagogue: Working with kids with the age of either 6-9 or 10-18 in the after school club space.
But to study english literature at the University is currently my no. 1.
I love many genres of books. My goal with reading is enjoyment, knowledge and perspective in different eras, situations and minds. I read mostly classics and adult books, but has set a goal to read more fantasy, YA and modern books.
My goal this year is to read at least 100 book.
I like YA, but always stumble upon classics, so i use YA to relax the mind between big books like Charles Dickens etc.
My favorite YA's i've read must be The house of night series, The Fault in Our Stars and All That She Can See
I have so many YA books on my tbr, so this year i hope to actually read them and pause a little on the great classics.. you know while im still young.

Hello, my name is Ciara. I'm a senior in high school and I will graduate in May! This fall I'll start college and major in psychology. I love books of all genres and age groups, but I do mostly read ya. I will read literally anything Leigh Bardugo or Laurie Halse Anderson writes. Although I try to read all genre's I mostly read thriller/horror/mystery and fantasy. And I have never read any Sarah J Mass books, mostly because the stories don't sound super interesting to me, in fact, I've never read a lot of really popular series/books in the ya community but I am trying to reconcile that. I just finished reading the Harry Potter series in November and loved it! And now I'm making my way through The Raven Cycle series, and I'm seriously loving it.

I am a lover of YA Fantasy books and I enjoy a little bit of romance sometimes. My favourite books have been the Six of Crows duology and Crescent City, although I've started reading the Shadowhunters' novels and I'm enjoying them a LOT. Hello all! I’m Casey and I’m 32. No matter how old I get I will never get over YA books—specifically YA fantasy. In my opinion, YA fantasy consistently provides the most enjoyable stories. I am in a book group which forces me to read books in many genres, which is interesting! I sometimes surprise myself by enjoying something I truly never would have chosen. So I do read a wide variety. Fantasy, sci-fi, dystopian and psychological would be my top choices. Hey all! I'm Greta and to be honest I wasn't a big reader until a couple of years ago. Then I fell into the rabbit hole of books and am glad I did. I am now a constant reader, love romance books in particular and am not afraid to shout that from the rooftops because although I enjoy other genres and perspectives, I also love hearing from relatable girl characters my age. My favorite books are Barbarian Days: A Surfing Life, Letters to the Lost, Crash Into You and Sharp Objects. My favorite authors are Katie McGarry, Brigid Kemmerer, and authors of short stories that always stuck with me including Ursula K. Le Guin and Kristen Roupenian.
