I am a Slytherin from Starclan. My favourite genre is Fantasy and my favourite book that is part of a series is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. My favourite independent book is Heartless (Marrissa Meyer). Most of what I read are YA books with some manga on the side :) Also, my favourite Author is J.K. Rowling 😊

I am currently focused on reading YA LGBTQ+ fiction, partially for the enjoyment of seeing more and better representation and partially for research. I enjoy most YA books though I am not one for Fantasy very often.

hello everyone!

my name is yasu or mochi, depending on who you're chatting with. i'm, obviously, a massive fan of books and after a hectic year and finally having everything settle down, i've found myself crawling back to one of my favourite communities.

slowly but surely, i'm reworking my blog so that i can reincorporate book-ish things back into it; so no fancy links to share just yet.

that said, i like books that are written well, have good characters and development (whether they are the protagonist or the antagonist,) and leaving me wanting to submerge myself into the worlds created. genre isn't really a big deal; however, i do sway more towards poetry and ya the most. i don't have a favourite book because there are too many but some of my favourite authors are stephen king, edgar allan poe, s.e. hinton, anne rice, rainbow rowell, and john green.

i hope i get to meet some cool people and find out about interesting books while here. 🌱♡

Hi. I'm Lois. YA is the age range that I read the most but read a wide range of genres within YA. Fantasy and sci-fi are my favourite though.
I don't think that I can choose a favourite book. I love the Harry Potter series (the main books), the Truth Witch series and the Lunar Chronicles if I had to pick examples.
