I'm Gigi and love reading YA, psychological thrillers, a bit of chick lit and horror.
My faves that I read in 2018 so far, are: To Kill a Kingdom, Caraval and Illuminae.
Looking forward to making some new bookish friends!

I'm Kim, from Belgium so pardon my English ;) I read everything I can get my hands on, but I loooove YA, fantasy, sci-fi and occasionally some chick lit.
My holy grail books would be Harry Potter, Memoires of lady Trent (Marie Brennan), Young elites (Marie Lu) and everything from Rick Riordan.
I'm always on the hunt for amazing books, so I love to hear your recommendations :)

Hi! My name is Lisa. I'm from Texas. Some of my favorite authors are J.K. Rowling, Rick Riordan, Victoria Aveyard, to name a few. My favorite book that I have read lately is The Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard but I really enjoyed the Maximum Ride Series as well as Something Borrowed by Emily Griffin.

Life has forced my love of reading to take a backseat for a while, but I'm trying to get my feet wet again, and this genre is just what I need.
Hi everyone! I addicted to all kinds of books, but would like to get back to YA more. I'm looking forward to getting some great recs for this genre. I was going to start with the Book of the Months for August, but since I have started the series, I figure I'll just start with Book 1 of each. :)

I worked at a library a few summers ago! it was fun but each day I was writing down book titles to add to my TBR...XD

Sometimes I think I am too old to still be reading YA and then I pick up another one and realise why I am still reading it- simply because I love it!
I have joined this group as I would really like to share the joy of YA fiction with others who appreciate it xxx

I love reading fantasy, YA, historical fiction, pretty much anything except romance. I can't wait to talk about books with you all!

I read both YA and paranormal romance novels with urban fantasy thrown into the mix.
Favorite authors are: Nora Roberts, J.d. robb, Stephanie Meyers--twilight, jennifer armentrout--lux series, as well p.c. cast--house of night. These are just to name a few. I have many more authors I love, honestly to many to list.
Its fun to get back into the book community again.
Currently reading:

You may like My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand. My Lady Jane
or Alex and Eliza by Melissa Del La Cruz Alex and Eliza
They are some pretty good historical fiction books.

I basically enjoy almost every non-fiction genre out there as long as the book is good.
Besides reading, I like drawing and sometimes writing when inspiration hits me.

I read a lot of YA, most of it Fantasy, but I'm really trying to expand my horizons and try new things, so if you guys have any suggestions I'd love to hear them! Feel like I'm late to the game with this one, but I'm currently reading Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda and loving it so far. Can't wait to see if the film is as good! Really excited to be part of this group and see what everyone else is reading - I'm ready to be inspired! :)

Anyways, I'm looking forward to reading with y'all, it'll be awesome to discuss with people about the things I read!

Don't hesitate to add me on here as a friend.
Happy Reading!

I don't really have a favorite author, but my recent guilty pleasure has been Cassandra Clare's series (although tbh I 1000% prefer the show version of TMI) + I'm super excited for her future series The Eldest Curses featuring Magnus + Alec!
I'm excited to be here! It's nice to meet you all ~

Hey, thanks for the recommendations! I haven't read anything from Marie Lu yet, but I've been meaning to try and get a copy of Warcross from my library for a while. Never heard of her Legend trilogy, but I might try that as well! I actually have read The Vampire Academy series, it was one of my middle school favorites, and the The Vampire Diaries! I haven't read TVD in a while so I might've changed my mind if I read it recently, but I think I actually liked the books a bit more than the show
I hope you don't mind me adding you as a friend, but I'd love to see your review of the books! I read them a while ago so it's a little hard to remember what happened now, but it's still cool to see what other people think of my old favs!

I'm a college student, I run a blog, and I'm here to read!

My name is Marissa! I am currently working towards my doctoral degree and have found myself, as of the last couple years, collecting massive amounts of young adult literature. I’ve read just about everything under the sun, and am slowly going through it all so that I can update my GoodReads haha. I’ve already hit my yearly challenge but I am open to hearing what everyone is currently obsessing over!
I am sitting on the edge of my seat eagerly waiting for the final novel of the Lady Helen series! Likewise, I am trying not to self-comatose state until December when the final Dark Artifices novel is released.
Someone please hold my hand, I may not survive this wait! 😫

I'm Nicole! I love to read Fantasy - I love Harry Potter, the Shannara series, and loads more!
