Feel free to add me as a friend, as I don't have enough reader friends in the real world. :)

My name is Jessica and I’ve been obsessed with reading since I could. I love anything that can take me out of the real world and take me somewhere else.
Sarah J. Maas is my current author obsession. I love the throne of glass series and really anything she writes. I love to read things about the supernatural as well. I love to read horror too. I am currently writing a book and have been for years, so maybe one day I’ll finish it. 😂
I’ve been on Goodreads for a bit, but this is my first group and I’m not exactly sure what I’m doing. I am excited to interact with people who like to read what I do and get ideas for new books to check out. 😁

I'm Ellie, and my current author obsession is Colin Meloy. I have always loved reading, and I always will. With three little brothers, things can get hectic sometimes, so a good book is always on standby to escape to. I hope that this group will be good to find new books to read, and maybe to get inspiration to write. And of course, I am doing my Part by recommending the Wildwood series, by Colin Meloy.

I'm just finishing Strange the Dreamer and I LOVED it.

My name comes from the root word “almond,” so I guess that means I was named after a Nut. 😜 I’m into film, writing, indie everything and orchestral music!
I love making new friends around the world!
Stay happy everyone. Us + Love = Life

I would love to talk books with you all. I really want to make some bookish friends.

My favorite books at the moment are The Court of Thrones and Roses series (can't wait for the next book) and I LOVE anything about the fae. I'm currently reading an ARC called Ace of Shades Ace of Shades and will hopefully start on The Rebel Waves These Rebel Waves
Feel free to add me!

Well, one of my favorite authors is Cassandra Clare, Veronica Roth, Sarah J Mass and many more...

I am excited to interact with fellow book lovers and also open to suggestions!

I don't really have any favorite authors or book cause I love so many but some of my favs are Th Mortal Instruments and anything by Cassandra Clare, Percy Jackson and anything by Rick Riordan and sooooooo many others.

My favourite book is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban because Sirius Black is the best :)
And I also really enjoy books by Jacqueline Wilson.

Janvi, welcome! What a coincidence! Divergent was also the book that started me down the path of reading. Now stories are everything to me. Bless Veronica Roth 🙏

I'm not into much "mainstream" YA - I prefer indie and lesser-known novels, truth be told - but I'll read just about anything that catches my interest, regardless of genre.
It's nice to meet you all!

My name's Tessa. I got into YA because I was in denial over my book being labeled "young adult" (I was like, "Ahem, you're putting me in the same category as Twilight?"), but I finally started getting into it a year ago. Now, it's most of what I read (let's be real - adult problems aren't nearly as interesting).
My favorite of all time is "The Hunger Games," which I read as a teenager; but I recently got into "Under the Never Sky" by Veronica Rossi. I'm also a sucker for John Green, even though his books make me cry.

At last I found where I could intro myself. I am Deek. It rhymes with geek😂.
I love YA books and currently my favorite book is TATWD by John Green.

My favourite books are of course YA fiction.
I love fantasy, romance, mystery, adventure, thriller and a tad of History (due to my mum)
i read a bit of everything pretty much.
My favourite authors are:
Cassandra Clare
JK Rowling
Veronica Roth
Stephanie Meyer.
Favourite Book Series:
The Mortal Instruments
Divergent
Twilight
Harry Potter.
The Mortal Instruments are my absolute favourite though. I first read them in January 2016 and I have re-read them about four times. I just reach for them whenever I'm in need of a something to read when I don't have a new book. And they've got me through a lot of hard times.

Favourite authors:
Cassandra Clare (is this even a question?)
John green
Favourite books:
The mortal instrument (all three series connected)
Turtle all the way down
Hunger Games
Divergent
I lost my love for reading for many years until I pick up 'City of bones' by Cassandra Claire. Since January I decided to start adding book reviews to my blog :)

I'm a huge fan of YA fantasy, romance, and thriller books. My favorite genre-bender book would be a cross between...say, Titanic meets Lord of the Rings? Lol! >.<
Favorite authors:
Cassandra Clare (I will stalk everything she writes!)
Sarah J. Maas (This author too!)
J.K. Rowling
Penelope Douglas
Favorite series/books:
Harry Potter series (I just bought the Illustrated editions!)
Mortal Instruments series (Just bought the 10th anniversary edition)
a Court of Thorns and Roses series
Throne of Glass series ...and! And....! There's just too many!
Recently-finished-and-still-spazzing-like-a-mad-woman Books:
Warcross - Marie Lu
City of Brass - S.A. Chakraborty
Confirmed Upcoming March Reads
Children of Blood and Bone - Tomi Adeyemi (Mar 6 - BR)
Wicked Deep - Shea Ernshaw
To Kill a Kingdom - Alexandra Christo
Ready Player One - Ernest Cline (Mar 10 - BR)
Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time - Mark Haddon
(The rest of the books are on my Planned March Reads shelf if anyone wants to buddy read! ^^)
I've covered 45 books this year, and I intend to read 180 books++ for 2018. I will read anything by my favorite authors, and I'm always looking for buddy reads, so please hit me up!
Sorry for the long post! >.<

So far, I really enjoy Sarah J. Maas' and Jonathan Stroud's writing. I'm currently reading Scott Lynch's The Lies of Locke Lamora and I find myself really enjoying his style.
I haven't read many series thus far, but I do enjoy the Throne of Glass series (Throne of Glass), the Pendergast series (Relic), as well as the Lockwood & Co. series (The Screaming Staircase). I have a feeling, the Gentleman Bastard series (The Lies of Locke Lamora) will also be a favorite series of mine.
Also, I really wish we can like comments on GR. Some of your introductions are really awesome and funny.

Some of my favourites are The Lunar Chronicles, The Grisha Verse, Harry Potter (of course! Hufflepuff Pride!), Books of Bayern, Throne of Glass etc.
My all time favourite is Pride & Prejudice.
Anyway, looking forward to chatting! I'm looking for more Goodreads friends, so feel free to send me a friend request, I love seeing what everyone is reading :)

My favorite YA author is Hilary McKay, who writes the Casson Family Series. A delightful series about an eccentric family where all the kids are named after paint colors. I tend to like realistic fiction best.

I've been into YA for years now and joining bookstagram has been a turning point in my reading experience. I went from reading the same old Young Adult books from my local bookshop to discovering that there was a whole world out there for me, so many subgenres and a lot of awesome people to talk about books with.
I have a different favorite author for every literature genre but for YA it'd have to be Jandy Nelson, Becky Albertalli, Sabaa Tahir and Renee Ahdieh.

I don't really necessarily have a favourite book or author due to the fact that my reading preferences are so wide - I love so many genres and different styles of writing that I can't specify just one person, book, or series!
Though, I did recently start a blog (https://inkblottings.wordpress.com/) where I post book reviews, general life posts, thoughts, opinion pieces, and generally whatever I feel like is good enough to go up!
I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing yet and I'm still trying to find my way - in the blogging community and in general life - but I would love to get to know anybody who feels like sending me a friend request!
Thanks for taking the time to read this :)
