Hello to everyone! My name is Sarah and I love YA fantasy but will readily read sci-fi and historical fiction. Anything else, I can manage to read but I probably won't like it as much. My favorite author has to be Laini Taylor, I just love the way she writes (I think it's considered prose?). I love the classic Grimm fairytales and I'm currently head over heels in love with The Language of Thorns by Leigh Bardugo, I mean how could I not with the breathtaking illustrations? I'm very new to Goodreads and wouldn't mind someone giving me a rundown on how to use this... I never realized how much Goodreads could do. Anyways, I'm excited to be a part of this group!

Hello. I'm R.S. Merritt and my favorite book of all time would be.... (I have like a million of them! When we moved recently I filled up box after heavy, heavy, heavy box with books. I really enjoy SM Stirling, Dean Koontz, Steven King, Rowling, Tolkien and the list just keeps on going. I grew up in lighthouses and on islands so reading was pretty critical! (NO CABLE or INTERNET can you even Imagine!!!!)

I've started pouring some spare time into a new love of mine. Writing! I've gotten one Zombie series almost wrapped up. Working through book 6 now. It's a lot like reading. Except I have to stop and write down the story that's in my head and I get to be the guide instead of following the path set by the author when I'm reading.
