Introduce Yourselves HERE!

My name is Janett and I'm addicted to YA novels! I love to read and discuss all of my favorite YA novels! Hope to connect with others who love this genre as much as I do.
Now, I've got to go and defend my dreamboat, Will Herondale :p

Hi. :-) I am also a huge Sarah J Maas fan. I can't wait for the sixth Throne of Glass book that's coming out this September (...I think...) I took a look at your blog and it looks really cool. I like the name Bookish Blessings. It sounds like something out of a fan-girl fairy-tale. I'm Skyla by the way.

I've just discovered this series too and Yeeessss! I am totally obsessed! I am almost through with "Queen of Shadows" and will start "Empire of Storms" very soon. But I can't wait to get my hands on Chaol's novel in September! I'm drooling already!

the TMI and the TID series by Cassandra Clare,
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins,
The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini
The Unearthly Series by Cynthia Hand
The House of Night Series by P.C. Cast and Kristen Cast
The PJO and HoO Series by Rick Riordan
The book Avalon by Mindee Arnett
The book Graceling by Kristin Cashore
And many more(too many to list because it would take me a looong time) :>

Welcome, Arya. That's quite a list! If you had to choose just one, which one would it be?
And is your name Arya because of fortune or because it was influenced by Game of Thrones or Eragon?

I love anything by Sarah J. Maas. She is an amazing author! If you haven't read any of her books...YOU MUST! Her character development is out of this universe! I have not read anything better than her stuff. She is on a different level than any other YA author to me! Hope that helps!

I'm Ikram from Somalia, currently living in Turkey. I'm really glad to have found this group, it seems cool. My favourite book, right now, is Lady Midnight. But my all time favourite is City of Heavenly Fire. I'm a HUGEEEE fan of Cassandra Clare but I guess you knew that already. Anyway... Buh bye

My favorite book of all time is 1984 by George Orwell. I love it, just can't get it out of my head. I still haven't decided who my favorite author is. Everytime I pick, someone new and awesome comes to mind ;)

I joined Goodreads just last month and I'm trying to use it to its fullest. So far its been fun, and now I'm trying to explore groups.
My favorite YA Author is Amanda Hocking because so far she is the only Author I have liked all the books ( ive read anyway) that she has written.
My favorite YA novels thus far are the Chemical Garden series. I like fantasy books more than anything. Which is to say I cant really bring myself to get into modern day books like P.S I like you, and Everything Everything.

I feel that also covers my favorite author[s].. Throw in some Kate Elliot, George R R Martin, J R R Tolkien.
So yeah! Hi!

I have a ton of favorite books, but my most favorite series are Harry Potter, Six of Crows, and An Ember in the Ashes (I'm amazing at grammar, I know). But I've enjoyed pretty much all of the YA novels I've read :).
My favorite authors are JK Rowling, Leigh Bardugo, Cassandra Clare, Sabaa Tahir, Marie Lu, JRR Tolkien, and Sarah J Maas (although I haven't been a huge fan of her latest ToG books, unfortunately).

My name is Jasmine! I'm really looking forward to interacting with people who love to read as much as I do! I'm turning 21 next month, and I'm in school for hospitality. YA fiction is my favourite to read, right next to historical fiction.
I took french immersion for 12 years so for the most part, I can speak French! I love to learn, with a huge focus on Historical fiction and Geography.
I'm SO excited to finally interact with people like me! Don't hesitate to message me, I love making new friends! Shoot me a friend request, I'd love to talk to anyone!

I'm also a writer! So sometimes, if I have the time, I choose to write over reading. I write YA books because they inspire me the most and I love writing adventure.
I love talking to others that love to write/read! :)

My name is Sherouk, you might have trouble trying to pronounce it but it gets easier, and I’m writing a book, my inner thoughts in words. I have always had these dreams, these ideas, while being both awake and asleep. I have always had these crazy but interesting stories, the stories where I ran and needed to get away from the real life. The stories that kept me believing in a better world, a better future, no matter how hard it was or was going to get. And I just want to share what was, still is, going on in my head with you. So I would really appreciate if you check out what I wrote and tell me what you think about, no matter how harsh your opinion could be. The books genres are science fiction, fantasy, romance and young adult. The book is called “All three”.

Hi! My name is Zoe!!! My favorite book ever is a dog's purpose, but my favorite YA book is the fault in our stars! I'm so excited to be here!

My name is Jessica, I have been an avid reader since I was very young. I don't remember a time when I didn't get books as birthday or christmas presents. I am currently reading Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard but my all time favourite author is Ellen Hopkins.
I am new to goodreads and thought this would be a great place to meet some new people who share my love of YA Novels. :)

Recommend me some of your favorites so that I can read them!! :D

Yes, I am a superhero, and I do have a multitude of incredible super powers. My favorite is my frost breath, which I use to put my enemies on ice (pun heavily intended).
I also want to have my own Youtube series like Doug Walker and James Rolfe. I would review books (mostly bad) and react appropriately. For instance, in regards to the piece of shit that is The DUFF: I would tell everyone all the reasons the book is garbage and end my review by hurling it into the air and destroying it with my heat vision.

My name is Justine! My favorite book is Jane Eyre, and my favorite author right now is probably Marissa Meyer. I don't talk a lot because I'm shy and behind in reading, but I would love to make friends and discuss books! Nice to be meet you guys ^^

I'm a YA author based in Sheffield, England.
I'm a 39 year old guy who still unashamedly loves exciting teen fiction, and so recently I wrote and published my own :)

I'm Alice, a London-based bookworm. I read all sorts of different books, but until recently hadn't been reading much YA. I decided to give it another try, and picked up Cinder to put some of the fun and magic back into books - and it really worked!
I absolutely loved Harry Potter and The Hunger Games, and hoping to find great more series like these that glue me to the pages.
