Item has ISBN but seems to be no book

Hi, this item seems to be some kind of presentation shelf or so for 36 copies and not the book itself but it has 15 ratings. It does have an ISBN though and I am not quite sure how to handle it so that the ratings and shelf entries are transferred to the book "Lesson of her Death" and do not vanish and at the same time this item no longer appears as a book.

The book should be combined with the editions of Lesson of her Death, and then deleted.

Edit: The other thing to check prior to deleting is if one of the imports has updated the title to include the "pack" info sometimes they do and its wrong

In amazon days we would then re import it and NAB it but now that Amazon does not auto import it should be fine to to readd unless ingram or one of the other imports bring it back.

I think GR have a plan coming regarding how we deal with this kind of think in the future
