Nemesis combine

There are rather a lot of books out there with the title Nemesis. I noticed that there was a bit of a mux-ip with Lindsay Davis and Jo Nesbo, and I think I managed to separate them out, but then I wanted to tidy up the Lindsay Davis editions. I'm not too sure what to do here:

because there still seem to be some Nesbo in there.

Got them, they needed to be separated out, once the Joanna Lindsey ones where separated from Jo Nesbo they "moved" to the correct author profile.

There may be one or two of the foreign language ones still there but I am trying to sort those also
