Add book, I can't Do, why?!

when I try to add book Manually ,, apear this msg,,

why,, and how I can solve this !!

You need to go to your edit profile and on one of those pages will an option to verify your email.

Only accounts with verified emails can add books as part of a plan to stop spam accounts and the addition of spam information
