Are you reading the "1001 books You must read before you die" list? Cuase I think alot of these are on it! You're doing great!!!
Joy, Yep! I'm doing those 3 combined lists, for roughly 1249 or so books, plus any of the Banned/Challenged lists, interspersed with "free reads", like the 50 Shades series, & the Spice Necklace book, which I'm about halfway through :)

65. The Unbearable Lightness of Being-Milan Kundera66. The Hope Diamond: The Legendary History of a Cursed Gem-Richard Kurin
It was interesting! The stories between the characters were good, if a trifle complicated since they were intertwined. It was his veering off into philosophical tangents every so often that threw me a bit, but if you take the time to read those too, they make sense & give you more insight into the characters. :)I'm halfway through Far From the Madding Crowd by Hardy now, & about 20 pages in to both The Jungle by Sinclair & a historical fiction novel called In the Company of the Courtesan, which takes place in Rome. Of the 3, finding The Jungle the hardest to get through...
