Welcome to Fallihn, a city in a post-apocaliptic world, the safe place while the rest of the world lay in nuclear waste.
However, while Fallihn is a great city and most would rather live here then outside the city, its run by the corrupt. If you don't have money, you don't have status.
The city is literally split into two parts: Upper City; where the rich and government officails live, and the Lower City; filled with everyone else.
But deep within the Lower City, past all the crime and gangs, there's a rebellion group who call themselves: The Goliath. The Golaith's goal is to take over the corrupt president, President Conrart, and put in a fair government-but its a slow process.
If you live in Lower City, you know about The Goliath, but few Upper City people know about this group.
