You're just buzzing along. Sense and Sensibility should take you a few days. :)

Maybe....depends on if anyone decides to join me....I'd be happy to slow down for some discussions. :-)

I posted on the thread. I just did a re-read in March, so I'll be happy to discuss it with you. I'll even bring the book down and refresh my memory if need be. I love reading Austen, and in my latest re-reads I've tried looking a bit deeper, to understand each work a bit better.
p.s. I am currently reading Gone with the Wind, so I don't have the luxury of reading Sense again.

Wouldn't mind going back and rereading GWTW....but too many books on the docket (signed up for too many challenges.....on top of my own). But it does give me plenty of incentive to keep chipping away at my mountain range.
Buddy-reads are keeping me busy. I haven't read from my own books in a while. That's why I stuck with Pike's Peak.

I probably wouldn't have gotten around to Gatsby if I hadn't put it down for several challenges (including this one). Like you, I'm glad to be able to say that I read it....I doubt that I'll ever re-read it. Or read another Fitzgerald for that matter.

I'm trying. There are way too many books sitting on the 2012 TBR mountain (which is actually bigger than my Everest list...I have other challenges going on too). Getting ready to start A Stranger in My Grave by
Margaret Millar.

I think it's great you've been able to keep surging ahead, and have my finger's crossed I can manage that sort of energy myself next year!
See me waving?! I'm standing on top of Mount Everest (I've actually been here for a couple of books and just didn't get a post done). To see the wrap-up for my trek up the mountain, please go to my Blog Wrap-up Post.

Thanks, Jemidar! I was beginning to think I was going to run out of steam at the end...or, rather, that I was going to get too distracted by the side-trails leading to new books at the library.

I've got three sitting here beside me right now...that I couldn't resist even though I have four more books that MUST be read if I'm going to complete all of my reading challenges for 2012. Shiny, new book that I just found...or challenge book? Decisions, decisions!

Well, the scenes at the end make me think we're supposed to care to some extent--but by that point I didn't much. And I'd have to think pretty hard to decide if I like FTF better than Hemingway. But, then again, I really don't like Hemingway.....
