Thinking About Our Kids question

I have not yet read his book, but this quote sure speaks volumes. Currently school libraries are being truncated and eliminated at record speed.
Research shows that schools with effective and excellent libraries produce excellent learners.
Many states have moved to dispose of their school libraries, believing students can find all the information they need on the internet.
Anyone care to weigh in?
