Targeting 20 non fiction books

I am myself an active romance books reader and its always been my wish to read non fiction books, well so long time ago while studying not counted, but I would like to start over again. And my biggest problem is finding the good books and worth to read and honestly, I am a little bit lazy to search it. Maybe with some suggestion I will be more proactive and manage to find the books myself. The target is 20 books this year, it is a challenge for me. ^_^

I really hope to get some suggestion on reading materials regarding education nowadays, I will be grateful for it.
