edition of book

I am about to start reading/listening to this book and I am trying to change the edition to the audio version but I keep getting this error message: An unexpected error occurred. We will investigate this problem as soon as possible — please check back soon! This has been the message from more than 24 hrs. Does anyone know how to fix this or who I need to contact?
