I read more than one at a time. During the day I read on my Kindle and when in bed I like to read a Paperback. Sometimes I get a new book and just have to start reading it right away.
I've read 21 of my goal for 65 this year. I thought that was pretty good until i saw some of the numbers here! I dont know how some of you find time to read sooo many!
It says that I only read like, 15/100 but I've read probably like, 50.You have to put the date thing for it to count and I never do, so yeah....

I've only read about seven or eight. but I am on a huge reading spur right now, so hopefully that number will go up quickly.

I read about 35 this year :) And I really want to read at least fifty books this year.

same!
13/52 (maybe a couple more) I just started tracking my reading, I'd like to read one book per week in 2012. I'm not a speedreader at all, I'm jealous of everyone who can devour novels like skittles!
I really don't think I read the fast at all. I just read a lot. I mean, I don't read slow. But my Nan and a friend of mine are speed-readers. My Nan gets frustrated if it takes her more than like 3 hours to finish a book. And I have a friend that can read like a whole book in about an hour or 2. That's just scary. I don't think I would like to be able to read that fast. I read a book about every three days on an average with my uni. When I am holidays and just working I can read up to 5 or 6 books a week.
I can read pretty fast except then i do not pay attention to what is happened in the past pages. everytime i try to read out loud i start stumbling over words. i can read a lot of books until i run out. then the need to read more books is very BIG.
Simon and Shuster Australia just posteda thing on facebook about your reading speed, you can take a test to see how fast you read. It's pretty interesting. http://www.facebook.com/SimonSchuster...
My reading speed can depend on how excited I am, like in a really tense moment I am like flying through, but I don't know. In the test I got that I read 33% faster than the national average.
So far i've read 44 towards my goal of 100. It would be really awesome if i could read more than 100 this year.

That's really interesting! Thanks for the link <3
No problem :) I stated a discussion about it under fun and games, so you can check out everyone else's too :) Some people read crazy fast. It's a fun thing to look at :)
I'm on book 14 since January 1st. I got kind of caught up in things that were going on last month so I didn't read for a month. But I'm back on schedule. On my 3rd book this week already.
I'm at 24/50. I'm reading four right now, but I doubt I'll finish them before I go on summer vacation (except one, because that's for school). With school and end of the year exams, it's hard to find time to read. But I'm hoping to catch up this summer.
I'm at 22/50 soon to be 23/50 as I'm nearly finished
but I have
as the next one on my list which looks amazing.
I have read 28 books so far this year. I'm on my 29th on and I have at least 9 more waiting to be read. :)
Do you usually read a lot? Maybe 80 or 90? Mine is 90 :) I am on 39th book and am 4 books ahead. I have like 9 books on my Kindle waiting to be read too :P
I set my goal for 75, however, I think I should have made it higher because I am at 51 of 75 already.
