GR Author can't edit data

This author is trying to change her profile so that it reflects her actual name (Tonya R. Moore) but it is not working for her.

Both myself and another librarian tried to help her out, to no avail. We both get the message that the author herself needs to edit her own data. Seems to be a glitch keeping her from managing her own profile, not sure.

There's also another profile page for her that should be combined with her main page, but because of above issues, I can't seem to combine them.

Any help would be appreciated. We're kind of losing our minds on Twitter trying to figure it out!

renamed the author on the one book showing, perhaps someone else can work on deleteing the profile since theres nothting else on it?
