Incorrect publication date

The metadata says "Published February 1st 1992 by Yearling (first published December 28th 1000)" According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Kjel...), it was first published in 1945. I'm not sure if there's a more reputable source for a first publication date (maybe http://pabook.libraries.psu.edu/palit...), but removing the "year 1000" thing would help my stats page.
