Love it! Can't decide if I like Mortal Instruments or Infernal Devices more... Probably MI but ID is really really good.

If I had my choice I'd take Will. I know Jem is dying, but hey, he gets the girl in the end. And poor Will finally learns the truth and when he's ready to start living and loving, it gets taken away from him again. I feel so sorry for him.
There's still book 3 where bad things are gonna happen, I'm sure.
opps is there a book three? I thought it finished and now we start the Mortal Instrument series? lol
How can it be finish with an end like thàt xD Clockwork Princess will come in december :) I think.

Jem's gonna die anyway and Will most probably (hopefully not but if it makes him happy then I'm happy) ends up with Tess. Then Tess lives forever and Will becomes Brother whoever it is or he dies later too...Harsh I know but we need a dose of reality once in a while - well as much reality as paranormal/fantasy YA can provide!
Of course we all want Will to find the cure and for them all to live as one big happy family. I just hope Cassandra doesn't write it like that.

I don't know... I'm really liking Jem. Truthfully, Will just kind of annoys me. I've only read the first though and so far it seems likely that Tess and Will will end up together.
You guys have to read Clockwork Prince :D There is just absolutely no telling who she is going to end up with. So many complications, so much heart break. Words cannot describe my love for this series. I was sort of on the fence when I read the first book, but after the second I am firmly Team Will. But not because I love Jem any less than Will, I just think that Will is the right person for Tessa, they have more in common. They love the same books all that jazz, they just connect in that way so much more. Sorry, I could talk about this series forever :)
Of course I love The Infernal Devices =D I totally worship Cassandra Clare and her work!! :DTeam Jem all the way xD

I didn’t really find the MI that interesting (but I am determined to finish the series) but Theses books are AMAZING. The characters seem so realistic as it’s the MI characters ancestors. At one point (NOT A SPOILER) one character graffiti’s a wall in the city of bones and Jace reads it in the future which makes it feel so really.

i think she might kill off Jem - his disease would be pointless other wise) and she will probs end up with Will. I hope that doesnt happen but still.....
*spoilers if you haven't read clockwork prince* But if Jem dies, do you really think that Will would be able to be with Tessa, knowing that she "belonged" to Jem and he died. He couldn't handle it with her being with Jem and then choosing him, let alone if Jem dies and he becomes her back up plan of sorts. But that's the whole Dilemma. It's so wonderful and heartbreaking at the same time.

same here, so it's not coming out till 3/13, I totally thought it was going to be out by 11/12, I don't know where I got that from but I remember seeing that somewhere

I think I like Mortal Instruments a little more. I didn't care for the first ID book, but I did enjoy the second one alot more. Even though I was SO frustrated for Tessa for saying yes to Jem!!!!! I want her and Will to get together!At least in MI, I don't feel frustrated because Clary and Jace are together.
When I finished ID I threw the book down in frustration! Just cause I want her and Will to get together though... lol.

Obviously, I don't think this is going to happen, but in my head canon that would be something epic. Tessa would then go and do awesome stuff or something.
I like TID more 'cause its more funny and I love the Victorian England element! So cool!
TMI is really amazing too though.
