BarryP (barrypz) | 3502 comments Goodreads has suddenly stopped working correctly in Firefox, so i am using it in Chrome, where it works fine. Firefox seems to freeze on this site, and only this site.

Carol/Bonadie (bonadie) | 9510 comments Hmm. I haven't had any trouble with it in Firefox, but I'll keep my eyes open. Do you think it differs between a Mac and a PC?

Ann (annrumsey) | 16982 comments Barry: Not Good! I use Chrome and have no issues. Hope Firefox clears up - did you post this on the Feedback group for help?

BarryP (barrypz) | 3502 comments I did not post this anywhere else, computers have so many variations that I'm amazed there are not more problems. I would not expect the same on a MAC, and Chrome has no issues at all.

Shomeret | 1493 comments I have no problems with GR on Firefox, but I have retained Firefox version 3 because my school's website is not compatible with the more advanced versions of Firefox.

BarryP (barrypz) | 3502 comments I was not able to correlate the change to either an upgrade or an add-on since I had recently done both. If the past is any guide, a future update will result in Goodreads working perfectly again.

That's interesting, Shom. My company has advised us to retain a copy of Firefox 3 even though we are otherwise upgraded to v. 10, because the software for our CISCO online voicemail software doesn't work with anything after FF 3.
