ISBN 1-55546-020-8 edition of Joyce's "A Portrait of the Artist" does not have the text

Not sure if this is the appropriate forum, but ISBN 1-55546-020-8 A Portrait of the Artist As a Young Man seems to be lumped in with the other editions of the primary text. However, it does not contain the book's text; it is solely a collection of critical essays on the topic of "A Portrait of the Artist." Seems like it should be a separate book?
