How can I add my Kindle-only book to the Goodreads database?

We need ASIN, publisher, title, published date and a link to cover

How long does it take for the Goodreads database to pick up new books on Amazon and iBookstore? I would like to know whether it is worthwhile entering the info manually or whether it only takes a week or so.

Goodreads doesn't pick up data from Amazon any more.
