Changed to Jan 1, 1998, as that is the earliest date, and because its so long ago, I can't prove otherwise. Though I think you're probably right, and its Aug.

I've only ever seen it listed as June 1st, 2023 (Amazon, Monash University Publishing). The author's book launch was June 9th.

It seems someone is adding new books with ISBN, ISBN 13 and ASIN all in the same entry, so you can't differentiate which edition you're reading. Two books I'm currently reading have this

It's actually amazon importing books incorrectly, a known bug.

Needs to go to support to fix. Supers can't move or edit isbns or asins either, only support.

Sending a report.

ETA: And done. It usually takes a day or so to be corrected.
