Hi, can you please fix a pub date. This edition of Seahearts https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... says it was pub 2009. The book wasn't published until 2012. I think someone added the 2009 ed before it was published and they didn't know the full details. Does it need merging or combining or something?

I'm not sure what you mean Clare. The book cover shows "The" as the first word of the title...

Sorry. I have it on a shelf and when I sort the shelf by title it's put under T, instead of L. It should be sorted as Lost Soul Atlas, The.
Does that make sense?

I know this is not the right place to ask this, but not sure where the best place would be....

Is anyone else having issues with very slow loading of Goodreads browser pages? I have been having issues for a couple of weeks, to the point that I get time out errors fairly frequently.

Not having same issue on any other websites I use regularly, so wondering if it is the site, or a problem at my end??

I have too Kerri and I think it's a GR issue. They're all probably still on leave....

The site was slowed down (and combines/separations were stopped for librarians) from around Christmas until 7th January. Happens every year at this time.

Combines are still limited for librarians, so I'd say they are still working on the database, behind the scenes.

I am trying to understand this oddity. I don't expect our GR librarians are able to do anything, but you might help me understand better why this happened.

I posted in the main GR Librarian groups asking for 2 titles to be combined. This was done.

But now I find that if you search for the English title, it doesn't appear. The only way I was able to find it was to go through 'my books' and search for 'vanished'. Thankfully, I had already added the book to my shelves.

I have never not been able to search for the translated-to-English title of a book before. Is this something new? An anomaly? Or did the person combining the titles screw something up?
