Haha! I added that one about half an hour ago Jools:) Did you get the email from NetGalley too?

Yes I got it this morning :) i just noticed you have added it but I think it has the wrong author bio?

Great thanks Brenda, it sounds good doesn't it?
It sounds awesome Jools! I hope I'm approved:) And thanks for picking up that the author was incorrectly profiled:) I only did the job 3/4 of the way instead of all!

All good ;D

Mine copy is hardcover, it's no rush, I just came across it in a box and it took my interest.
Do you have an ISBN Suzanne? The one in the link is paperback (as you know) but the ISBN will be different...
Well that's strange - both paper and hard are showing the same ISBN on Amazon!!
Here it is:

Many thanks :)

Still have my L plates on Brenda - if it's easy, and I am around, I'll give it a go

Many thanks ;)

The next season challenge shows, and there is a badge to access AWW but my other challenges such as annual, personal and quarterly etc. don't show....can I add those somehow?

I'm not sure whether you can do your idea, Julie (but I'm not a librarian, so someone may be able to shed some light), but I find setting up a page in a group somewhere with links to all my challenges works. This is my main challenge page (it's not in the Aussie Readers Group, but you could set one up here in the Personal Challenges folder): https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

You could set up a shelf for your challenge - eg Autumn 2015 challenge and assign books to that shelf. Once the challenge is over you can delete the shelf - the books will stay on your read shelf so you won't lose them.
I think I've explained this right - brain not cooperating with fingers today :)

Thanks Kathryn that may be the way to go, unless there is way that we don't know of...its certainly very organized which appeals ;)

I've tried doing that Sally and keep forgetting to mark them in my bookshelf under the appropriate shelf title, also if I change my choices it is more mucking around and I was hoping to simplify it. I guess I was hoping I could just put a link button to each challenge on my profile page.

pages 282, paperback. Isbn as advised. Just can't find the correct one.
Thanks

Wow! I didn't know that! You can add events yourself!! However, I just added one, but you can type in a description for the event, but not include links to books/authors... So you can use it to link the website for your challenge and describe what the challenge is...
Although, I've also just discovered that if you copy and paste a GR-formatted link for book/author, the link will be active in your event description. So if you typed up a list in a comment box like this, you could then cut and paste that list into the description box for your challenge. Hope that makes sense - it does in my (sometimes scatty) mind!
You can also only add events that start in the future - so if you want to start listing your yearly challenges now - they'll need to be listed as starting tomorrow, to keep GR happy!!

But I also just discovered you can't have any more than 2048 characters in that description section - so depending on how extensive your list of books was, you may not be able to list them all...
But I like the idea - I might do that for my challenges next year...

If one of the other's haven't done it - I will have a crack at it when I get home this afternoon for you

Yes, that would definitely work, Julie - can you see my page? The Aussie Author Challenge is one that I've added - although maybe you wouldn't see it, if I set it to private... Will go and check and make it un-private!!

Yes I see your Aussie Author page there :) so it makes sense that you could do the same with your personal challenges also and add the link? I am going up to the "big" computer shortly and will have a play around ;)
Thanks Kathryn.

Brenda's head might be all tuckered out by then Suzanne!! :)

Thanks Sally, we are having fun playing around anyway...just didn't want to play in the wrong sandpit lol!

True. It was funny I had a book to be added the other day and Brenda did it so quickly, and she was on hols! So I told her they don't call her lightning for nothing ;)

The book was there - I did an isbn search - just didn't have the cover picture - the link has it as 320 pages on the Pan MacMillan page you gave - so didn't change the page numbers to 282. that might be how many reading pages there were - but sometimes publishers count the total number of pages to include all the bits before the story starts.
