When you eventually get on to Pottermore you will find out! I was lucky enough to get in early and JKR has writen some great back stories and what happened next stories for the characters for you to unlock with certain quests. http://divaliciouzbookreviews.blogspo...

And to everyone who loves the idea of Luna as a Seer, check out my fanfic: here and here from Luna's POV in OOtP, one in Dumbledore's Pensieve, and the last in Dumbledore's office in HBP.

It;s so exciting to unlock these different stories that were never in the books. She also writes about how she came up with different characters and places etc. If you are too impatient to wait for Pottermore then if you do a quick Google search you will definitely find sites that have posted what she has written.

I like the thought about Luna and Neville, but it turns out that she marries a guy named Ralf Scamander. In the movie, she's with Neville though.
Jo revealed what happens to some of the characters later on.Although I cant really remember where I heard, read or saw this (probably from the documentary about Jo in the special features of HBP Movie) , but heres what she revealed:
1.Luna goes off exploring and discovering new creatures, although she never finds a crumple headed snorkack.
She eventually marries Rolf Scamander, grandson to the famous authour of "Fantastic beasts and where to find them" Newt Scamander. They have two twin boys, Lorcan and Lysander, but this is way after Harry and his lot have settled down.
2. Neville becomes an auror for a while then eventually retires to teach Herbology at Hogwarts. He marries Hannah Abbott, and they live at the Leaky Cauldron, since Hannah inherites it from a relative and becones the owner.
3. Hagrid never marries unfortunatly
4. Draco marries Daphine Greengrass, and thats all I know about him.
5. Ginny becomes a celebrated player on the all witch Quidditch team THE HOLYHEAD HARPIES and after some time retires to start a family with Harry, but she becomes the head of the Sports column for the Daily Prophet.
6. Hermione continues in her campain for elf rights and eventually wins them some while working in the Department of regulation and control of magical creatures,. After, she goes on to work in the department of Magical Law Enforcment. She is also the only one of the trio to go back to Hogwarts for their 7th year.
7. Ron works with George to fix and continue Weasleys wizard wheezes.
Then he becomes an Auror with Harry.
8. George marries Angelina Johnson, who happens to be Freds ex.
They have two children: Fred and Roxanne.
9. Percy marries someone named Audrey, and they two daughters:
Molly and Lucy
10. Bill and Fleur have three children:
Victoire, Dominique, Louis
11. Cho marries some muggle.

Makes me cry. I love the twins, and I was so upset that Fred died. They should have their own spin off series or something!

What I think happens (since you did ask us our thoughts):Fleur becomes a supermodel, modeling for muggles and wizards.
Winky continues to work at Hogwarts, finally getting over her freedom, and becomes friends with Rose & they continue SPEW.
Neville eventually becomes the headmaster at Hogwarts. He finds a cure for acne.
Percy becomes the Minister for Magic,
Oliver Wood (my favorite) Marries Katie bell and they have a perfect Quidditch family.
Luna and Neville date for sometime, but Luna's search for the crumpled horn snorkack causes her tragic death at 39 (she never got to see 40).
I think that Luna should grow up to shut dow the quibbler and create an advice column called "Hogwarts: Your FAQs!"
Only problem is that none of the hogwarts professers are married, so Luna & Neville couldn't be married and still be at hogwarts

George names his and Angelina's son Fred after his late twin brother who's death he was never able to get over =(

Draco marries ASTORIA Greengrass, which was his Slytherin classmate Daphne's little sister. (Pureblood, of course)
And I have to say, I am a HUGE Rose/Scorpius shipper. :)
