Charlotte runs as fast as she can along with Venia. She can feel her heart in her throat and she pumps her arms as hard as she can so that she can catch up to Rhea. The intensity of theHunger Games was insane, and it had only just begun thought Charlotte miserably.

Adelina began wrapping his legs with the steaming cloths. She was careful not to hurt him in anyway, making sure that they covered the frostbitten areas on his legs.

Julian glanced at Adelina as she worked on his legs. "Thanks. Sorry that I'm burdening you guys with taking care of me, I feel so dumb for being out there in the clearing and getting frostbite. I should have known better."

"Ummm," Venia looks at the bottles. They have different labels, but none of the words are ones Venia would recognize. She opens them one by one and carefully sniffs. Finally, one smells familiar, like aloe. "This one might work. It smells like what we put on burns back home." She hands it back to Charlotte and caps the others.

Rhea blinks groggily at the three girls. However much she might want to deny it, they are right. She is being selfish. All she wants is to be alone, in the drifting snow, but she knows she has to be strong for Julian. Or, atleast give the appearence of it. She goes to sit up but her whole body feels weak and wobbly, she realises that appart from the bread julian gave her, she hasn't eaten since the hunger games started! She looks at the girls and mumbles a "thanks." but it probably sounds like "Thmumurrh"

Rhea nodded and smiled tiredly at the girls. She was so grateful. Rhea wished desperately that they weren't in the hunger games, that none of these kind girls would have to die. "I'm sorry," she said, her voice only wavering slightly. "really, I am. And thank you."
"We're here to help each other out now. We have to work together. I'm glad that you've realized that. Now let's get you back inside before we have another frostbite victim," Deryn says to Rhea, hoping that her allience wouldn't ever have to turn on each other, but she knew eventually they would.

"Nah, it was a rookie mistake. I remeber my first time in the snow," she said as she checked to see if the fabric was still warm, "My father told me to wear my gloves over and over but I was to fascinated by the snow to keep my mittens on my hands. I loved how the snow was so soft and fluffy," she smiled, "I couldn't feel my hands after awhile and then they turned a light purple and they hurt really bad. I had frostbite but my dad knew how to fix it and he taught me how. I learned a lot about healing from my dad." She looked down sadly. Thinking about her home didn't make her feel any better. "can I tell you something?" she asked quietly.
Rhea nodded. With a faint grin she positioned her weak arms in the freezing snow and, unsteadily, hoisted herself up.
As Henrietta kept walking, she noticed a boy in the clearing she recognized as Ky ((it was Ky, right?)). Again hiding behind a tree, she watched his for a while, debating wether or not to jump out and attack.

Julian looked at Rhea and furrowed his brow, curious as to what she wanted to tell him. "Of course, you can tell me anything." said Julian.

I hate how the capitol controles us." Rhea whispered conspiratorialy. "I want to be free." Rhea realized what she had just said and laughed slightly, trying to relive some of the tension.
Deryn frowned. As much as she agreed, it wouldn't do her much good to say that in the arena. But, what the heck, it barely mattered anymore anyway. "I know. All the time I think if I can just fly high enough, I'd be free. I could float away to somewhere else. But I don't know if there is a 'somewhere else' anymore. Sometimes I feel like we could never be free." Deryn wasn't the laughing type, but she could feel the tenseness of the situation.
Rhea spun around. She decided she liked Deryn. Unfortunately, in order for her plan to work and Julian to be successful in surviving the games, Deryn was going to die. Rhea profoundly hopped that she wouldn't have to kill the girl. "I-I think I should get something to eat." As if accenuating her point, her stomach rumbled.
After having a few glorious minutes with Lilac Gent's goggles fall off and he spends quite a while wandering around in the dark but he eventually finds his way back to the alliance. ((srry I've been inactive lately but here is why :D))

sorry I haven't rped! soooo....much....schoolwork... gah!!!))Lilac follows Gent back inside. She feels...dark, and sad all of the sudden. Maybe everything's just sinking... she thinks, thinking of how overly happy she made herself earlier so she would survive the first few days. She looks around at her alliance, all of them soft and quiet, warm with a blazing fire. Just like a nice, happy family. she thinks bitterly. Yes, a nice happy family in which most of us will die relatively soon. she shakes her head as she scoots closer to the fire. She missed her family so badly. She missed her brother's protective arms around her, even though she was already fourteen. She wanted someone, anyone, to hold her, tell her it would be alright. She buried her head in her chest, silent tears streaking down her face. She knew she was weak, for crying. And no one was even gone yet. But she just couldn't stop the tears.

Elli flashed her a wide grin, "No prob! My bro always told me that it was better to let the tears flow no matter how embarassing. So feel free to bawl your eyes out as long as it makes you feel better. I won't judge. I hate crying too, trust me, better in than out!" He reassured her.

It was bound to happen and he was going to die.
Ky closed his eyes, preparing for the worst.

Henrietta tensed, hoping Ky didn't notice her light footsteps. When it became obvious that he noticed, Henrietta lowered her bow. She had lost her element of surprise. Stepping out into the clearing, trying not to startle the very still boy, Henrietta whispered, "Would you by any chance want to be in an alliance?"
Rhea grinned at charlotte and Venia. " three more people means three times the kill." She paused glancing behind her, "One sec yeah? I'll catch up with you guys" she said, before spinning round and jogging slowly back to Julian. She already felt miles better, food in her belly and a useful purpose realty was the cure for sadness and self-pity. "Hey," she said, crouching down by his head. Her clothes where still damp and cold from the freezing snow so she didn't get to close. "how you feeling ?"
Charlotte and Venia waited politely just outside of the warehouse for Rhea to check on Julian. Shyly, Venia slipped her hand into Charlotte's, her face turning red as a result.
Julian looked at Adelina and sighed, "Hey, it's okay... We're all scared, we just deal with it in different ways. I'm terrified. Not for myself, but for Rhea, for my sisters, for people who depend on me. I'm terrified that if I die, it will hurt all of them. I've accepted death. Death will happen whether we want it to or not. Why should we be more afraid because it's coming sooner?" Then Julian, seeing Rhea coming towards him, grinned at her, using his most convincing grin, and when she asked him how he was feeling, he said, "Much better, Rhea, I can feel my legs again, thanks to everyones help, but how are you? Are you okay?" When he said this he put emphasis on 'you'.
Rhea nodded swallowing hard and hiding her bandaged hand in her lap. She moved her gaze to the floor, knowing that her eyes would give away her earlier emotion. "mmmh,hmmm.." she made a muffled approving sound. "I, I just went for a walk.. with urhh .. Deryn." She said the first name she could think off. She looked at her soiled clothing "ahh I umm .. fell over." She lied meekly. Gesturing nervously with her hands.
"You're going to get yourself sick. Then everyone, including your daft boyfriend will hurt like you do now. Is that what you want? I would want to be alone too. But there are people who care about here. Please. Come back inside." Deryn says, resting a hand on her shoulder.
