Julian is in a world of darkness, a void. He is vaguely aware that people are moving him. Rhea... He thinks. He says the name aloud, barely a coherent whisper. Then a violent shiver takes him over, but he still fails to wake.

They lay him on the blanket as Julian groans in pain. He says something Rhea can't quite heat and she kneels down next to him "Rhea" he is saying her name. A tear slides down her cheek, splashing onto his cold skin. "We need to heat up some watter" Rhea tells them whilst getting her dagger out. She slices a long strip of fabric of her jacket.
((hth its almost 5 in the morn here and I am asleep on my laptop, talk later byeee))

Lilac sees Rhea dragging Julian inside. She jumps up and runs inside, leaving Gent alone without thinking. "What happened?!?!" she asks, looking at the chaotic seen occurring. "How can I help, I don't want to be in the way or anything." she says.

She lunged at him and drove her knife right into the soft flesh of his throat.
There was a bright red stream of blood pouring out of his neck and Ila stood motionless as she waited for him to die.
With one final chocking breath, the boy's body stilled and went limp. Ila pulled the kinfe out of him and wiped it clean of blood with her coat.
"You should have tried harder," she said to him and walked away.
((Okay, anyone out there actually willing to fight my other character, Ky, or do I have to hand him over to the gamemakers?))

"Can you see if there is some sort of container in this place that we can set him in?" she asks.
Rhea looked hoplesly up at Lilac. And the turns back to Julian. She feels numb. As though nothing is real. She can hear people talking but thay sound muffled and far away. Slowly Rhea stands up, ignoring the questioning looks sent her way. She walks over to the food and bends down, picking up the packet of berries she left there earlier. She tips them out onto the floor, not caring if they go to waste and goes to the entrance of the warehouse. Rhea quickly scoops up some snow into the noow empty packet before sealing it firmly. Walking past the others, she is completely oblivios of anyone but Julian. She joggs the last small distance to the fire. Rhea holds out her hand. Placing it and the packet so close to the fire she can feel her skin blistering. Flames lick at her wrist but she barely notices the pain. Rhea thinks she might have cried out but is not sure. She continues to hold her hand in the fire untill the bag of water is boiling and steaming. She goes over and kneels down next to julian. Both her wrist and the small bag blackened with burns and dried blood. Her whole arm tingles painfully as she reaches into her pocket for the strip of her jacket she cut of earlier. She wraps it around the boiling hot ba and winces as she moves her wrist. As she goes to move her hair from her face she finds her skin wet with tears that where still falling. Ignoring them and the pain in her arm she places the wrapped up bag on julians forehead. Slowly moving it from side to side, trying to warm him up.

Julian's eyes fluttered open as soon as the heat hit his forehead. He groaned weakly and said quietly, his voice cracking from underuse, "Rhea..." And then he struggled to sit up, but the effort made him dizzy and he fell back down on the floor.
He said her name! Rhea's hear fluttered as he tried to sit up. She reached out to tell him to stay still and not exert himself but he fell before she had the chance. Rhea lunged forward, catching his head in her arms and shifting to lay his head in her lap. She placed the heated water packet back on his forehead and stroked his cheek gently. His eyes fluttered. "Julian?" she asked. "Can you hear me?"
Julian coughed and then uttered, his voice quiet and raspy, "Yeah... Wh-what's wrong with me? Why can't I feel my legs? And Rhea... What happened to your hand?" Then he pointed out her burned hand, gasping, but then it developed into a fit of violent coughing. "Are...are you okay Rhea?.... You should bandage that."
Rhea chuckled. Trust julian to be in danger himself and be worrying about her. She looked down at her had and winced. It was badly burnt but she couldn't feel it. That was probably a bad thing but she had more pressing matters to deal with. "You-You ahh. Well i think th-that you might have frostbite." Rhea whimpered. "D-dont leave me Julian. P-please, I can't stand it." She looked around at the others. "Isn't there something we can do?"

Rhea nodded and removed her jacket, laying it, folded, on the ground she laid Julians head on it and clambered up. Throwing some ice on the fire she began to move the smouldering logs closer to Julian. She added some fresh ones from a nearby stack and took out a box of matches from her pocket and tossed a lit one into the pile. She fanned it tying to make it grow bigger faster.

"No, Rhea, don't flap." Venia gently pushed Rhea away from the fire. "Let Adelina take care of you". That taken care of, Venia leaned over so her head was perpendicular to the fire, and pursed her lips. She drew in a breath and slowly let it out, feeding oxygen straight into the fire. As it flared up, she added fuel, finally getting the fire strong enough to put an a log on it.
Rhea lloked up at Venia and Adelina, her eyes blank. She looked back at Julian and the half built fire and nodded once. She held out her hand and looked at it, she poked at it with the index finger of her other hand. She looked back at Julian who was lying on the floor groaning on pain, she made a strangled noise and a wild look came across her face. She began to weep and dug her nails into the already sore, charred skin of her hand. Tearing at her flesh. She drew blood and yelped. she continued to cry and tear at her hand untill her knees buckled and she fell to the floor. Head in hands.
Julian saw Rhea hurting herself and cried out, "Rhe-Rhea... Stop. You're hurting yourself!" he tried to sit up, and this time he could do it, but with much effort. When he was up and sitting, his forehead was beaded with sweat and his face was ashen. "Rhea... It's alright. I'll be alright." and then he couldn't help but get into a fit of coughing, silently cursing himself for not controlling it enough to give Rhea a semblance of healthiness and normalcy.
Rhea heard julian and lifted her head. It felt heavy, like it suddenly wheighed a hundred pounds. She crawled over to him, dirtying her sore hands, and reached out to him. He was coughing violently and she reached out to him. Stopping just in time as she realised her hands where bloody, she couldn't touch him like this! She wiped her hands in the muddy ice, digging her fingernails into it angrily.

((We could try to make an alliance or something because all the people who actually rp are either in the alliance or are going to kill each other before anything actually happens to the alliance...))
After killing Lyssa, Henrietta rummages through the pack she picked up. Lyssa seemed to have grabbed the best pack: food, knives, and even some kind of medicine. Henrietta was surprised. Why didn't Lyssa want to be in the alliance?
"Rhea, let Adelina take care of you, I don't want you to hurt yourself anymore. It hurts me when I see you do that." said Julian sighing and then getting into another violent coughing fit. He put his hand to his mouth to cover it and when he took it away there were a few drops of blood. He quickly wiped his hand on his pants, so hopefully nobody would notice.
Rhea screamed in fustration but nodded and got up to move away from Julian. Her legs wobbled precariously and Rhea had to lean into the other girl to stop herself from falling.

Adelina helped Rhea along and sat her down. She gently cleaned the wounds on her hands and wrapped them in fabric. "Now don't touch anything. We don't want your hands to become infected," she said sternly, "Take a rest, Julian will be back to better at no time."
((I'll just jump in I 'spose))Deryn watched Adelina patch up Rhea like a professional.
"You're mighty good at that," she said looking over Adelina's shoulder.
Rhea nodded silently as Adelina scolded her and then reasured her. She curled up in a ball, her whole body raking with sobs and everything caught up with her. It was all to much, her vision blurred and her head swam. Lurching upright Rhea hacked out the little food in her stomach.
Julian winced, seeing Rhea so upset. He hated seeing her like this, but he hated even worse that he wasn't able to go and console her. He looked to Venia and Adelina and said, "S-Sorry, but could somebody get me some food, I still can't.... you know.... move my legs."
"Yeah. I have some jerky. Would you like that or something else?", offered Venia.
"That's perfect, thanks." said Julian grinning tiredly at Venia.
Rhea stumbled away from the soiled earth and Dan outside. She kept running until she reached the clearing. She threw herself Dow into the snowbank. This was all her fault.
Julian strained to get up as Rhea ran out. His forehead beaded with sweat again and the most he was able to do was bend one of his legs slightly. He grimaced, pain hidden in the set of his shoulders and straightened his leg again. He looked at the door that Rhea had run out of, "Can someone go check on her? I-I don't want her to get hurt." he said with a concerned look.
"We'll go talk to her. Adelina should stay here, she's our best healer at the moment." Venia drags Charlotte out with her, both throwing on their coats and and running after Rhea. ((Sorry Charlotte for rp-ing your character))
Rhea hears footsteps and curls in on herself. Burying her head and trying to smother her crushing sobs
Deryn shrugs and follows them out into the cold. She doesn't want anyone in her allience to suffer.
The footsteps are louder and Rhea can tell they have entered the clearing. She cowers back. Her back pushing painfuly against a gnarled tree.

Deryn spots Rhea in an uncomfortable looking position. This girl needed help. Now. Deryn wasn't the most comforting of people but she knelt down next to her. Rhea glared at her. "Well, er, I know how you feel right now. Trust me, I've been there."
Rhea shook her head trying to block the girl out. "just leave me alone" she murmurs. She shifts uncomfortablely in the snow, causing some of it to slip beneath her t-shirt
Julian took the food from Adelina and ate some of it. Then he looked at her and said, "Don't worry, pain is the least of my worries right now. Wrap away."
