"Im glad you're okay now, but you're a really bad liar...I know you were upset, you practically booked it out of here in tears...Rhea, I'm so sorry that you were upset, but why were you? Was it because of me?" said Julian, sitting up to hear her response. He looked at her with his large green, innocent looking eyes, his gaze direct and kind.

Rhea gasped. "Julian! How could you even thinly that." She reached out to caress his face with her non-bandaged hand. "all you do is make.me happy. I'm sorry. Gawd I seem to be saying sorry alot! But it wasn't you, it was everything, the games, loosing my family, causing you pain." She gestured absently to his legs with her other hand . "I live you, nothing will ever change that. I just.. couldn't take it. But charlotte and Venia and Deryn reminded me that I need to be strong for you, and for my sisters and brother at home." She grinned "I just need to keep busy. So I'm going out hunting with charlotte and Venia. We shouldn't be to long. Okay?"
"I love you too, I'm just making sure you're okay. And Rhea.... promise not to lie to me anymore, okay? Be careful hunting." said Julian and he struggled to hug her, still finding it difficult to move effectively. He caught her in a half embrace and then said, "Oh and Rhea... It wasn't your fault what happened to me. Don't blame yourself. It was all me." Then he coughed a bit and sat back in a comfortable position, smiling warmly at her.
"I don't lie." Rhea blushed "I just.. embellish the truth!" Rhea caught his hug and held him tightly for a moment before letting him reclined back onto the floor. "and Julian, I understand when I have some something terribly wrong, don't blame yourself. It's okay I know how you must hate me. But I WILL find away to make it up to you, to make you live me again." She stroked his face, feeling the dusting of stubble beginning to grow there.
"Rhea!" he said, raising his voice. "Don't you ever think that I could stop loving you. I will always love you, no matter what you do. Your doubt of my love hurts me more than my frostbite. And trust me that frostbite isn't feeling so great." said Julian, looking at her with an intense gaze, his eyes no longer looking as innocent. He stared at her with a longing in his gut, he needed her to know how much he loved her, which was a lot. His look also had a bit of hurt and anger in it, outraged at her disbelief in him.
Julian's eyes sparked. Rhea wad taken aback. The only other time his eyes had blazed and smouldered like this was when they kissed. Or when they had been arguing over her decision to sacrifice herself for him. He was shouting but Rhea couldn't focus on what he wad saying. She was to encompassed by his eyes. They where so full of hurt and anger, yet st the same time passion and longing lingered there too. The same anger and hurt that flickered within his eyes sparked within her. She wanted to scream and shout and cry all over again. Yet at the same time she wanted to throw herself at him. To feel his lips on hers, their bodies entwined. She opted for the latter. Swooping down upon him mid rant, she pressed her lips to his forcefully. She shivered, feeling his surprised gasp on her parted lips. Ahww leaned into him, wraping one hand in his hair and using the other to support het.
Julian was surprised at first when Rhea kissed him, but as soon as she did, a spark ignited in him and he kissed her back, at first gently, then with more of a need. His kisses grew harder and more passionate and he fell back onto the ground, taking Rhea with him. He continued to kiss her, his hands on the small of her back, her body pressing into his. He was astounded by his need for her and hers for him. In that moment his mind was only focused on her, Rhea. Her name, her face, her personality, everything about her he loved, so much it scared him.
Rhea was on fire. Every inch of her body burned as she and Julian kissed. He kissed her back! His hand was on the small of her back, pressing her to him but it wasn't enough. She slid her leg over him, straddling him. Their bodies pressed tight together. Rhea broke the kiss first. Her breathing was ragged and her heart beat thumped rapidly. She pressed an ear to his chest she was pleased to hear his heart was beating just as frantically as hers. Grinning she put her mouth back to his. "I should go" she murmured "I'm supposed to be hunting."
Julian's heart was beating frantically and he smiled glowingly at Rhea. His eyes were bright and seemed almost on fire with happiness and passion. "You really know how to torture a guy, Don't you?" he said laughing, "Have fun hunting. I love you Rhea, don't forget that." Then he kissed her goodbye on the lips, the kiss drawing out for a few seconds before he broke it to let her leave.
Reluctantly Rhea clambered up. Internaly debating weather anyone would miss her not hunting. She looked down at Julian and groaned. She so wanted to stay here with him in his arms. She looked towards the door and then wistfully down at Julian, and then back to the door. Her shoulders slumped down and she looked back at him again. Rhea mouthed the words I love you to him and then begrudgingly turned away.
"You guys done making out?" Venia snidely commented to Rhea as she walked out of the door. "You took long enough..." Venia shared a smile with Charlotte.
Julian's heart was still beating fast from his time with Rhea. He felt invigorated. He moved his legs, testing his boundaries. His legs felt great, better than ever. He got up, unsteady on his feet, and took off the wrappings on his legs. He walked over to the other side of the room, still wobbly on his legs, and got his dried fruit and ate some. He hadn't realized earlier, but he was starved. He went back to sit by the fire, trying to keep himself warm as he thought of Rhea. On a whim, he decided to walk outside, because what was he doing in there anyways? He walked out to find Rhea and the others who were hunting. He felt so good, his frostbite was healed! He went out and said, "Rhea?"
Rhea's eyes widened and she blushed vigorously. "we weren't ... Making out!" Rhea lied shamelessly. She eyed the two girls, looking meaningfully at their closeness. She raised an eyebrow ready to defend herself but was interupted by the sound of Juliana voice. He was close. She spun round and saw him just behind her, in the cold snow, obviously unsteady on his feet. "Julian!" She rushed over to him, her cheeks still flushed with embarrassed "what are you doing? Wait! Your legs. You should stay inside, near the fire."
Julian grinned. He looked at Rhea and said, "They're better! I swear!" Then he bent one of his legs to demonstrate and he grabbed Rhea and spun her around. "See? Good as new." He put Rhea back on the ground and looked at her and then at the other girls, "So... Can I join you guys? Or is this a girls only thing?"
Venia looked at Julian in horror and said, "Julian, it's just the hormones. You're still healing. Get back inside, sit by the fire, and drink some warm water. Rhea, if he doesn't, you'd better sit on him and make him do it, unless you want a boyfriend with gangrene."
Rhea giggled as Julian spun her round. He placed her back down and Venia started chiding them both. She was right. Rhea turned to Julian "Julian, she's right. You really should get back in, near the fire. We don't want you getting anything else now do we?" She grinned but their was sadness behind it "I won't be long anyways." She reached up on her top-toes to give him a quick goodbye kiss.
Julian glared at Venia, "Its not. I'm actually better. I've been sitting in there for days. If I sit there anymore I'll go mad. Whatever. I can tell when I'm unwanted." said Julian, exasperated. He threw his hands up and walked back towards the warehouse. On the way, he saw a possum-like animal. He casually unsheathed one of his throwing knifes and threw it accurately at the animal, hitting it perfectly in the eye. The animal fell and he went and took his knife out of its eye and slit its throat, killing it instantly. He grabbed the animal and continued on his way.

Rhea sighed. Julian was in a bad mood. Grrrr, and it was her fault. Again. She turned to Venia and Charlotte, "let's get outta here." Rhea looked over to see Julian heading inside and was overwhelmingly grateful. She just couldn't deal right now. She needed to be in the forest, bow and arrow or knife in hand. Up a tree or tirelessly stalking her prey.
Charlotte nods and heads out the door with Venia and Rhea, still laughing about Venia's earlier comment. She's happy to be outside at least, it feels good to be exercising after so much relaxation.
Rhea feels so happy out here in the woods. She quickly pulls out her bow and arrow and shoots a few practice shots into a tree. They all hit their mark. She sprints ahead and agilely scuttled up its thick branches. Rhea grand the arrows, yanking them out of the tree trunk, before jumping down and landing in a crouch grining. It feels SO good to be outside. Lastime she was she had been slightly busy.. No. Rhea mentaly scolded herself. She will not think of Julian now. "so what's the plan?"

Julian walked into the warehouse and threw his newly caught game near the other food. Then he went and sat by the fire. His hands on his head. He was so frustrated about his uselessness. He needed to do something. Anything. He got up and grabbed his bow and arrow. He zipped up his thermal coat all the way, put his hood on and went out of the warehouse through a window in the back. He went a little ways through the woods, not far enough to get lost, but just far enough so he wouldn't be in plain sight for those in the warehouse or those hunting on the other side. He felt so angry. He was better. They wouldn't let him hunt. He threw one of his knifes in frustration, it hit a tree and sank far into the bark. He went over and pulled it out with ease.
He held the knife in his hand feeling the blade. He needed a release. He gripped the knife tighter until he felt the knife blade drawing blood. He gasped in shock, but the pain was nothing to him, yet it provided him a distraction from everything going on. He let the knife dig into his palm a bit longer. A few drops of his blood fell onto the white snow, and he stopped holding it so tightly. He wiped the knife off on his jacket and sheathed it on his belt again. He let his hand continue bleeding, the drops staining the snow around him. He finally regained his wits and wiped his hand on his jacket. He looked at the cut on his hand and it wasn't so bad. Then he went off to search for something better than a tree to hit with his knife and bow and arrow. He left Rhea out of his thoughts as he did so, thinking that it was easier that way.

"What is that?" tributes ask, steering clear of the pipes.
Nobody notices a small bit of green slime creep out of the gutter nearest to them.
Misha cries out as she feels something slithering up her leg. "Oh my god! GET IT OFF!"
It crawls its way up to her neck and ties itself into a noose, strangling her until she goes blue.
One canon sounds.
It then launches itself towards Jack , forming a blade-like shape. Jack half laughs, half screams as it flies towards him, apalled that it just killed one of his comrades, but gleeful that something so... not solid could try to kill him.
The laughter in his throat dies as the blade pierces it, red mingling with the green.
Lastly it jumps into Spencer's mouth and wriggles down his throat. He chokes, making awful whining and wheezing noises, and then suddenly he's all better!
He smiles cautiosly. "I thought I was done fo-"
The slime errupts out of his belly ALIEN STYLE! Blood and guts sprays everywhere and another canon goes off.

Ila could hear the screams of the ither tributes from where she stood. She froze, wondering what kind of horrors had found them. The cannons go off pretty quickly and she relaxes a little, knowing there's going to be less competion from now on.
"Come on, Adelina, Charlotte. Let's get this show on the road. The sooner we leave the sooner we can return. You still coming, Rhea?" Venia asked, looking at Rhea, who seemed relieved as Julian turned the corner back into the warehouse.Venia strode in the general direction of the Cornocopia, though she felt nervous having Adelina and Rhea at her back. After all, it wasn't like she was really in their alliance.

The cannons went off. Sending a shudder down Rhea's spine and causing the hair to stand up on the back of her neck. Julian?! Rhea rubbed anxiously at the goose-bumps that had formed on her arm. She looked at the other girls. "Who do you think it is" she asked, worried not just for Julian but for everyone in her alliance. She glanced around them, tensed. She loaded get bow, ready to defend in-case of an attack.
"I'm not sticking around to find out," whispered Venia, running an anxious hand over her belt and grasping her dagger, "Let's go now." She grabbed Charlotte and headed for the tree line at a dead run.
Lilac sees spencer dying and runs over to him. "SPENCER!" she screams. The blood...the guts...all his...everywhere. She slumps on the ground next to what is left of his body, covers him with a blanket. "I-I-I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry." She looks up. "Andrea?" she's talking to Spencer's mother. "I'm so sorry. I really tried... I did. I guess just not enough." she says ruefully. She crys now, again. "I hate crying." she grumbles, not able to stop.
Alek tightened his grip on his sword when he heard the cannons. Three more down. How long before his allience turned on each other? However long it may be, he was ready.

Henrietta smiles and grabs Ky's arm, bringing him back behind her tree. Just then, three cannons go off. Bracing herself for more, she unintentionally grabs Ky's arm even tighter. "Oh sorry," she says apologetically. "Don't kill me alright? I just want an alliance. Really."

Alek was beyond bored waiting for something to happen in the warehouse. So he slipped outside into the cold. He took a nice deep breath. It would be good to breathe a little. He wandered deep into the woods. He heard a noise. He stopped, but then he saw Julian. Julian looked upset.
"Hello. Nice to see you, I guess." he said.
Julian gripped his bow and arrows tighter when he heard Alek's voice behind him. He turned around, and said quietly, done with his angry mood, "Hey, yeah nice to see you too, I guess. How's it going?"
"As well I could, I guess. Why are you out here?" Alek said, leaning against a snow covered tree.
"I needed to clear my mind. I have a lot on my plate, as I'm sure everyone in this arena does." said Julian sighing, relaxing his grip on his bow.
"I guess everyone does. I understand, that warehouse was making me antsy. I'm more used to a little action." Alek looked perfectly relaxed, but he was always ready. Always. That's just who he was.
"Yeah, I've been just sitting in there for too long. I had hypothermia in my legs, it was pretty bad, but I'm fine now. Also, my girlfriend, Rhea is planning some martyr mission to get me out of the games alive and it's killing me..... Sorry, I didn't mean to dump that on you." said Julian, wringing his hands nervously. He felt the cut on his hand and flinched.
"No, it's okay. We all need someone to tell things to. And I'm glad your legs are feeling better. And your girlfriend, well I guess you should be glad that someone cares about you." Alek frowned, feeling a little Linley, but he wasn't allowed to feel lonely.
Julian sighed in exasperation. "I am so happy I have her...I just...wish she wasn't in here with me. I wish we could be together forever, but we never can be, one of us or maybe both of us are going to die. Love in the Hunger games is tragic. Not happy. Sometimes I wish I wasn't in love at all." Then he put his hands on his head, his fingered intertwined in his hair, looking as if he would pull it out.
"I know. Nothing good everything ever seems to work out. Then you get put in situations like this, and everything goes south. But if you die, it's best you spend your last days happy. But you don't need another enemy in yourself. We have enough these days. You can't be upset at yourself." Alek bit in lip.

She's terrified, but she's determined not to show it and she's doing a good job with it. Through her terror, she feels a private glee she's finally alone with Venia, the girl she loves.
"Yeah I get that, I'm trying to enjoy my time with her, but it's so tense since we know we're destined to be ripped apart, one way or another. Anyways, enough about me, why don't you think anyone cares about you? I'm sure there are plenty of people who care about you." said Julian honestly.
