best and worst anime? and why?

Best: Princess Tutu and Spirited Away.
Princess Tutu sounds girly, right? I thought it was going to be lame but it had some dark elements in that show. Everthing in the show is just beautiful. Started out episodic but gradually builded up into a satisfying climax.
Spirited away movie: I thought it was just perfect in every way. I could watch it over and over again and I would not get bored of it. I'm also a fantasy fanatic which is another reason I loved it. Those two are the only ones I would rate a 10/10.
Worst: What comes to mind is Kaze no Stigma and White Album.
Kaze no Stigma: Had the most annoying female lead. Other male lead was very dull. Every episode drove me to boredom. Everything in that show was irritating and cliche.
White Album: Cannot remember having any enjoyment from this. Every episode was a whole lot of nothing happening. Dialogue was dreadfully boring.

What's your best and worst anime?

Best: I think Naruto is the best of all time. Because has amazing character development and they don't go too overbored with the action. Ouran because it's animated really beautifully I love the story. I totally agree with you on Princess Tutu. That ones amazing.
Worst: Tsukihime because incredibly dull. Almost put me to sleep.

I like Naruto but I don't know what you mean by character development. They always act the same. They have good backgrounds and good at making you feel for the characters but I don't see the development. I also think Naruto goes overboard with the action and it can drag on for too long. Another thing with Naruto is the fillers. The fillers are terrible.
