Help with incorrect author listing

Good morning! I changed the author on my book some time ago, but it recently reverted to the old pen name. I can only assume that it's another Amazon issue, but I'm not sure and less sure that even matters.

What does matter is that the book is no longer linked to my author profile and I can't edit the author name. Can I get some lovely librarian help to change the author back from E.D. Lindquist to Erica Lindquist?
