General topic adding a book

I want to ask a question due to the changes in policies about adding a book. I want to add a book I've purchased but I have a problem: The book has no cover or copyright data included, the author's page only have book name but no cover or additional info. The book is available only at Lulu.com (no ISBN), Amazon (ASIN) and B&N (B&N id). It's not found at worldcat or isbnid.org.

What can I do to add the book in a proper way?

Books that lack ISBNs can simply be added (manually) without one. If you can find publication date and/or copyright date, that's certainly preferable -- but maybe you can at least figure out the year?

I know the data.... through commercial pages. That is the problem. I can put all the data if I look at those three pages, that aren't supposedly valid sources now.

If it is published by Lulu, then that is an ok source. Publishers can be used, even if they also sell the book.

It's really published by Amazon, B&N (pubIt) and Lulu (paperback). So I add it, thank you.
