Nathan (nthnlwly) The point-of-view in the Anticipation part was a smart move. Using second person (you) POV put me right in the story and I felt everything, i.e. the anticipation, that the characters around me were feeling. I think if it had been different, I wouldn't have been as eager to continue.

Beverly (bshrib) I know that I am super late on starting this book, but I just finished Part One and so far I love it. The whole concept of the circus is supposed to be dreamlike and that's actually how I feel while I'm reading the book. I think the writing is incredible and I really feel like I'm in a trance. It's an interesting feeling.

Exactly how I felt, Beverly! Reading the book gives me the same feeling as being at the circus! That's totally what I felt like. It's amazing; the author is really talented - not a lot of books give me that 'trance-like' feeling. I can't think of another book like it.

Welcome Beverly. I hope you enjoy the rest of the book. The longer it's been since I read it the more I look back and realize I really did like it. You havetoday and tomorrow to finish, since it is a short month even with Leap Day added if you finish by the end of the week you'll be counted :)
