Should I Continue ?

I started reading the book, I got to page 99 and I couldn't continue reading! The book was to boring I did not have the patience to keep on reading. I like the rest of the series very much. Is the rest of the book worth sticking up with or should I just leave it alone?

I don't like the fights either but for me is interesting from about 400th page or if you like from 41st chapter.

I barely finish the book also. I skip chapters mainly the ones with Roran(who I believe is a boring character) but I completed the book bc I needed to know what happen at the end. I can't say it's worth reading but do give it a try since you have gotten this far in the series. I just think he had a very bad editor who didn't advise him that nearly 300 pages of the book shouldn't have been in the book.

I think that they should make an abridge version of the book cause like you said the book is just longer than you actually need it to be.

If you got through Eldest and the drawn out chapters with Glaedr and Oromis, you can make it to page 400. It was hard for me to get through Eldest and the beginning of Inheritance was difficult too. But I'm currently on 412 and it feel like it's picking up so stick with it! ^_^

i loved the books i got brisingr and inheritance for christmas its soo good it is boring at first but it gets really really good you have to read it

I agree with Lindsay. It is kind of slow, but it picks back up. Granted, it slows down again near the end, but the middle is definitely "edge-of-your-seat". I seriously couldn't put it down once I got past the beginning.
