1. I'm a mom of a beautiful and smart 4 year old little girl.2. I'm constantly amazed how many books I can acquire and even read at the same time. Currently I'm reading 6.
3. I too, find myself wondering why you can't find men like the ones in the books I read, but to be fair how many of us girls / women are really like the lead female characters. Not to say we aren't fantastic in our own rights.
4. I can drink two triple shots lattes and still go to sleep at night.
5. I truly believe feminine dresses are just as impressive as "power" suits.
@Melissa- I love Calvin and Hobbes, that is so awesome you named your kid after him lol@Stacia- lol how many dogs? Lol crazy!! How does the chihuahua cope!

@David, I do this sometimes when I get distracted by mixed plot lines, slow starts, middles any other various reasons sometimes I'll pick up a book and can't put it down. There are many factors but right now I'm readingInfamousThe MarkedEternal SpringMundahliaCraveThe Childe. I've almost completed infamous, half way through the marked, half way through Crave, 1/4 into both The Childe and Mundahlia and Eternal Spring is a compilation of which I've read three of the stories so far. It's something I enjoy and I don't get bored. To top it off I work full time :-). What are you reading now?

Clearly, I can't count! Ahaha! I meant Ten, but we're "dog-sitting" one, so I counted him without actually counting him! Haha.

3. I homeschool! What am I thinking???!!! It's hard to teach a five year old to read, but I finally conquered that quest and she will be doing 1st grade this fall (at home).
4. I work from home part time as a Coordinator for foreign exhange students. It's awesome to learn about other cultures without leaving your home!
5. I love chocolate, have a siberian husky that cannot be walked and hate to fly (I've only done it once and it was enough)

I second the congrats, it's a huge achievement to write a book, and at such a young age!!

1) I just graduated college with an Associate of Arts degree and I want to go on to earn a PhD in psychology.2) I was born and raised in the south but everyone tells me I have a northern accent! (My parents are from the north, guess I picked it up from them lol)
3) I have fibromyalgia, a pain disorder.
4) I don't own a kindle, I like "real" books lol.
5) I want to travel/live in Europe one day, especially England and Ireland. I've never left the US (where I was born and raised and still reside), but it seems to me I would love those places. :)

Oh, I always wanted to do a triathlon, too! I really don't like running outdoors so I'm not sure how that'd ever work, but it just seems like it would be such a huge feeling of accomplishment after doing that. If I didn't collapse halfway through!! LOL

Can you believe I too always wanted to be a psychologist I actually went to University for a semester and dropped out cause life got in the way (I was older when I enrolled) ... you are game to swim with Sharks :)

Hey guys!! Okay, here are my five:1) I have circumnavigated the world- starting in Cuba and ending in Japan. (with 9 other stops between).
2) I hate exercising. With a passion. But my DH bought me an elliptical and I feel guilty if I don't use it.
3) I just started surfing lessons
4) I am addicted to coffee and must have at least 3 cups a day.
5) I am a full time author, but I secretly fear people will stop buying my books and I'll have to go back to a 9-5. ::shivers::

we were with each other, but never really got out tats together, and she doesn't have any as big as my 2 backpieces so technically I have more ink that her lol, and hopefully I'll be getting plenty more! Like her I love my tattoos!
Honestly that's hard to say lol. I can just remember laying in bed at night wishing a vampire would somehow get into my room and turn me too! I think it's the fantasy/romance of it. The strength, the special abilities, the freedoms, and the "love" (i use that word loosely). So different than reality. Books are my only escape into that kind of world (for now lol) to take away the stresses of everyday life.

I agree with you about the vamps, Terri! I've had a very romanticized fascination with them for years, and all of these recent vampire series only seem to add to it. =)

I'm with you on number 5 as well. It's such a fantasy world and someone always sounds so amazing to you that you can't help but fall in love with them!
