I think it's definitely worth reading, and most of the reviews I read are pretty good. But everyone had their own opinion. If your not sure, you could borrow it from the library or a friend.EDIT: Wait your not into romance? Maybe you shouldn't read it then, because there are definitely a few steamy romance scenes...lol not that they arn't amazing :)
You should try it, it might turn out that you love it or hate it, but you won't know until you read it. I'm always like that too, so sometimes you just have to ignore the reviews.
I read both Hush Hush and Fallen, they both came out around the same time and I definitely thought Hush Hush was the better of the two. Having said that I went on and read the sequel and I really felt it dropped off drastically and haven't bothered to continue with the series.
Give it a try. Maybe you could borrow it from the library?

you should because its plot is interesting and it has the whole forbidden romance feel to it.
I'm not into romance books either. I read this and, well, it was just okay. I couldn't relate to anyone. The guy in it the book is a jerk and the girl is annoying. It didn't interest me enough to read the second book after it, either. Besides, I'm not into teen romance--it's not real love, in most cases. It's just annoying. A lot about this book wasn't that good. I still read it, though.
Do you not like romance because you its too mushy for you? Or because you feel the book is predictable and slow? If the later than you should give this book a try because it is full of twists and it is fast-paced. If your problem with romance is the mushyness i'd still give it a try because Patch is anything but cheesy and their moments together are brief and intense. I LOVED the BOOK!
I don't recommend it. The plot is driven by romance. It's actually very similar to Twilight.
NO. This series is terrible. If you don't like ridiculous romances it will make you gag. The writing is bad, the characters are idiotic and their behaviour doesn't make any sense. The only thing going for this book is the action, but even that isn't worth it.
I would definately say read it. Especially if you like fallen angel stories. While it is a romance, it is also an action filled story with loveable characters, a good plot, twists and turns, and just an overall satrifying story.
I loved the whole series! I don't think it's particularly romantic and would agree with the comment of irregular passion but intense! Book 2 and 3 leaves quite good cliff hangers at the end too. If you enjoy twilight, fallen etc you will enjoy this!

you should totally read this... but do not read the sequels they suck.. i couldn't even finish reading crescendo.. nora was way too whinny and irational... i think hush hush would've been better as a stand-alone book.. yeah

No. You shouldn't. This book was such a big waste of my time. I guess if you're a fan of Twilight you'll enjoy it but if not, you'll hate it. There is so much fluff and pointless words it makes the book ugly. On of my least favorite books.
You must read it . It's an amazing book , and you will not regret it .
Don't, there are many more book series of this genre that are far superior.
I say you should read book 1. The books after that is are optional for you. I couldn't finish book 3 fully. I got thru book 2 though. But book 1 is my favorite.

YES!!!! This book is amazing! When it comes to books, I am very picky, but I usually judge them by the cover... I never thought Id like this book but honestly, the cover attracted me soo much that I thought of giving it a try... My friend lent it to me and OMG! It was awesome! After reading, I bought the book and added it to my collection... You'll like it. Most of the comments are good, but everyone has their own opinion.. so, it is actually up to you... But, u never know, you might turn out to like it and then you might even curse yourself for not reading it before...:P

I said I'll give it a try, and when i saw the reviews it was all negative and well, mean. Should i read it?
P.S. I'm not really into Romance by the way.
