The throne of fire was pretty amazing but, the red pyramid was 100% better!

The Red PyramidNot that The Throne of Fire wasn't a good book.It just wasn't a great book like The Red Pyramid.
Throne of fire,because it wasnt such a breathless rush.I thought there were too many chases without quieter passages in Pyramid,Throne was less hectic,more character related IMHO
I love the Throne of Fire because of the development of characters (Particularly on the Sanubis action) and the way the plot progressed.The Red Pyramid was nice, as are most first books in a series but I think a sequel is always much harder to write than the one before.
Though there are exceptions
the red pyramid was my favorite
