I don't know how to add my edition

Do you have ISBN's?
Add the Title of each book in the edition to the title line separated by a /
Add a note indicating this is how they are published

How should I indicate that this edition is divided into two books?
Something like this?
The Chronicles of Narnia #1: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe / Prince Caspian / The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
Should I add a note that these stories are in wrong order (I think it was a publisher's error, I remember I was very confused when I read the book as a child)?

Yep - add a comment in the description field about the wrong order. IF you add them, then post links to the editions, some one can check them over for you if you want

1. Should I use "Vol. 1" despite the fact the whole title is in Polish?
2. The note about the wrong order should be in Polish / English / both?
It's the first Polish edition, published in 1991. It's not in the database yet.
My problem is, that all stories are combined into two books. #1 has "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe", "Prince Caspian" and "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader". #2 has "The Silver Chair", "The Horse and His Boy", "The Magician's Nephew" and "The Last Battle".
I haven't seen any editions with such stories combination.
So, should I create a new entry in the database? Two entries? Or should I still add it to another edition?
