I think Adam Pally resembles Christian - at least my version of him. But unfortunately he's a little too old, and he should maybe lose som weight before. But appart from those aspects, he is a real Christian!
And as the majority, I think that this far Ben Barnes is the most appropriate suggestion of who should play Dimitri.
The rest characters are still a mystery for me, but I'm keeping my eyes open! :)

People just want some one that looks the part. They don't think about acting ability or age. They just want to droll over their fav characters. Unfortunately, that sort of thing often ruins a film. Just look at Twilight.

Sammy's right they do !! I mean they could be like 27 and play the part bc they can do alot of touch ups on them and yeah as they look and acted the part thats what count to the most and about twlight i still think they could of done alot better then picking Kristen Stewart for Bella.

So true nothing can be perfect and Twilight is one of them . I think the book was so much better then the movie my self . Plus u can't make everyone happy for one because they want everything different like the people in it for one but they did do good for The Vampire Diaries i gotta give them that but that's not a movie but they did ok for The Secret Circle . I just hope they don't mess this one up because i love this one so much and when i first got the book i got lost in it and i did the same for The Secret Circle . I just hope they don't mess up the people in the movie .

If they're ever gonna make a movie I think I'd like to see new faces, actors that aren't very famous yet.
But in the end the only thing that matters is that they have to be talented. I don't wanna watch a movie full of pretty faces but crappy acting.

Anyway, among famous actors, I'd love Lyndsy Fonseca for Rose. I think she has the looks and I really like her in Nikita.
And lately I was thinking about Alexandra Daddario (with brown eyes of course). What do you guys think?

I've seen Alexandra in White Collar, and even though I didn't like her character she didn't seem bad... I think I'll watch Percy Jackson in order to form a better opinion about her :)

I like a lot of them! I thought Odette could have been a good Rose, but now I think she looks too... umh mature? On the other hand, Phoebe Tonkin is a lot how I pictured Rose! And yes, Alexandra Daddario has the face for Avery :)
I love the actors you chose for Lissa, Abe (Johnny Depp yummy), Jill and the Queen (I don't know why I've never thought of Meryl Streep, she'd be great!)

First off I hope it isn't made. I prefer books to stay as books, that's the point of reading.. to keep the imagination finely tuned! If they want to make a movie or tv show let some producer and crew create their own story/script. I don't want anyone messing with my mental version of a character or scene I've read in a novel.

If they have to... I hope they are complete unknowns who pass RMeads approval. People who will actually/perfectly fit the characters as described in the books. Everyone that has been suggested throughout the internet is either too immature looking (for Dimitri especially, he's supposed to be seasoned/worldly even in his mid 20's. He's killed strigoi for goodness sakes) or too old.. or too well known from other acting parts. All those things would lead to a bad and unbelievable cast.

I pray they stay as novels.
