Jenny (notestothemoon) | 846 comments Oh I forgot Enchanted I love that film!!!! Replace Pulp Fiction with that one. I don't need a manly film in there :) I have a major addiction to older Disney films but decided to keep them out of my list as I wouldn't have been able to choose :P

"Room with a View" is an excellent choice! I've seen it to many times to count. I've read Forster's novel repeatedly and I think it is a wonderful adaptation.
Did you see the new adaptation?
I put it on my Netflix list but I haven't seen it yet.

The Third Man, Kind Hearts and Coronets, The Queen, Reversal of Fortune, Rosemary's Baby...would round out the top ten. Oh, I just watched The Purple Rose Cairo this weekend with a friend who'd never seen it. What a hymn to old-time movies, and such a beautifully realized bittersweet story.
