After he became a Catholic, he adopted the name Magdi Cristiano Allam (http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...)

Which profile should be kept? Thank you

If it were simply a middle name that he had started using on book covers (and had not before), we'd go with the longer version. So I guess the same would apply here.
