Real...she got shot by someone who had escaped the Nut while she was giving a speech. Although Cinna saw to it that it wouldn't kill her, it ruptured her spleen.

I think that's real...Real or not real? Katniss tells Peeta that the medicine she gives him is crushed syrup berries(when she wants to go to the feast at the Cornucopia).
