Author correction

First-listed author for Fleece & Fiber Sourcebook is Deborah Robson (me); the print book is listed only under co-author Carol Ekarius. The e-book edition is listed correctly under both, but has no cover image. I'd correct the latter myself, but have just put in my author request (have been way too busy writing the book to keep up with the rest of my life!).
