I was just thinking a few days ago, I really wish we had those fancy, shmancy Captiol showers that were briefly mentioned at different times. Don't ya think?

Hah i dont think that would help with americas overweight "problem" but really though there are only extremes either someone is stick thin or not and if they arent than they are considered "overweight" i think it is stupid.

I know, there is no healthy weight. You have to be size zero and size 32 if you are to be considered overweight. It's ridiculous. I hate that. It's very ridiculous. People forget that there is such thing as a healthy weight that is not paper thin. Besides even if I had a teeny waist I wouldn't want to wear skin tight clothing.

Yes, I know there is such a thing as a healthy weight. Once upon a time I used to be there. But now I'm an easy ten pounds over it. I really should cut down.

Come to my PE class. We have a manical personal trainer that is bound to help in a crazy way. Just kidding. OH I"m sure you knew. I"m just saying many people (specifically the media) forget that.

I already do that. If you use splat and bleach your hair with the stuff that comes wth it it will stay full colored for a while. Then it fades so dont do like a lot of purple cause then ot will look greay. But if you dp red it turnes orangish pinkish. And the blue turns into like a green. Plus i have used the bleach on my hair a billion times and my hair is still nice and soft.

But bleach makes your hair more brittle. I guess just be careful. Dying just your tips is better, because then your whole head isn't damaged.
