Need help finding the book title

Hi I need some help to look for the title of romance novel..i read this book a few years back..the plot is as follows:

Hero (His name is dex) dates the heroine for his sister who is pregnant. The father of the child is the heroine's godfather who broke up with her because he felt he was too old for her. The hero thought it was due to the heroine and was dating her to keep her away from her godfather who he thought was her boyfriend.

In the later part of the story the heroine's godfather and hero's sister are getting married. The hero and herione have sort of broken off (The heroine found out the truth when she paid him a surprise visit at the office and overheard his conversation with a friend when the intercom when on accidently). The heroine was kissing her godfather on the cheek or hugging him cant remember...the hero gets angry seeing this he drives in punches the groom and rides away with the herione who tells him that the groom is her godfather..

Thanks in advance i really hope someone can help me find the title of this book..

P.S. the cover of this novel has the heroine dressed in a red dress and the hero in a suit
