Diane | 13052 comments I just found this out today and feeling a bit nervous about it. You can read more about it here:

I am sure this will greatly impact our shelves and book links. Follow the link he provided to see which books on your shelves need "rescuing".

Dee (austhokie) | 438 comments apparently they have a huge import from another website that is supposed to happen over the weekend/early next week that should account for quite a few of the books

its going to be stuff that was solely published on kindle etc that might be the issue

Diane | 13052 comments The loss of book covers and some titles is a bit annoying. I will have to rescue a lot of stuff in my Read and TBR piles since I have read quite a few obscure books.

As far as the group goes, I will not be able to edit any of the "Books Set In..." posts without losing a lot of the bookcovers. There will probably be quite a few dead links. From now on I will add new posts instead trying to edit and add on to the old posts.

Dee (austhokie) | 438 comments bookcovers should start reappearing in the near future - they wanted to get the basics done first - title/author etc, for at least all books that were shelved by users - last I heard, only 1% of books had to be rescued and they were mostly obscure non-english kind of ones. Covers and descriptions should start reappearing in the next week or so

LindaD (freedom333) | 223 comments Am I correct that we can't use Amazon as a source, but can link to Amazon in reviews, etc.?

I'm not sure about that one.
