Violet opened up hte book shop and turned the open sign on breathing in the familiar air of the small shop. It had been in her family since her great grandmother.
Jasper groaned and slapped his alarm clock before slowly rolling out of bed. He had one more week left before oficially being a Seattle Firefighter.

Finishing a display table for a new novel Violet took a seat behind the cash register counter cursing herself silently for not getting a hot chocolate from Cafe Dolce before coming ot work.
Grabbing a breakfast bar from a cupboard Jasper tripped over his roommates girl friends coat. Grateful he had been to tired to hear what had gone on last night he decided he needed ot have a chat with his roomate that night.
