Echo opened his eyes. "Whoa!"

Echo leaned back. "Casy, are you okay?" he asked nervously.

Echo tore his gaze away from her and looked at his hands.

Echo refused to look at her. "I don't know."

Echo drifted through his memories, flashes of Zwei being taken away made him gasp with the pain of reliving it.
"I've got you!" Echo cried, about 13 now as he grasped onto Zwei's hand, tears streaming down his face.
Zwei held on just as tight, tears running down her honey colored face. "Don't forget! YOu promised." she yelled, as the men pulled her out of his grip.
Echo screamed with fury. "No!"
Zwei mouthed something to him.
"I've got you!" Echo cried, about 13 now as he grasped onto Zwei's hand, tears streaming down his face.
Zwei held on just as tight, tears running down her honey colored face. "Don't forget! YOu promised." she yelled, as the men pulled her out of his grip.
Echo screamed with fury. "No!"
Zwei mouthed something to him.

Echo put hsi head into his arms, his wards going up again and slamming into anyone inside his mind. "Ugh."

After a minute or two, Echo looked up again and looked at Cas. "Are you oka- Oh." he broke off. "I'm sorry.."

Echo winced. "it's a habit.." he said.

Echo looked at his hands again. "You went too far." he answered quietly.

Echo blinked. "I don't like peopel in my mind. THe lab people used to do it all the time." he said simply.

Echo closed his eyes briefly. "She was a good friend." he said.
((Ooh, I'm going to create her and have her stubmle there.. Maybe create some drama. :P))

Echo shook his head. "Nothing." he said, honestly.

Echo shrugged. "YO didn't hurt me."

Echo shrugged again. "Just forget it, please." he said.

Echo softened. "Always." he said, wrapping his arms around her slowly.

Echo lay down, still holding her. He started to fall asleep.

Echo laughed. "You? YOu think you're messed up? I know people who rape people and then say they had no reason to do, they did it because they thought it ws fun." he said, then stopped.

Echo sighed. "The point I'm trying to make is that you aren't messed up." he said, and then kissed her.
